Thanks Martin,
It was in fact the "Help" container that didn't have anything in it, but was still marked as visible even though a transparent element. That was the culprit in producing the "dead zone"!
Thanks!

Gradual Automatic Fade
Is there a way to have a popup appear when a tour is loaded and then have that automatically fade the alpha to 0 after a few seconds? It would be nice to give a message that a user would see and then go away automatically without requiring the user to mouse over or click on it in a mobile tour. Is t...

Re: Tour refuses to go fullscreen in IE 11
Thanks Malaga,
Yes, I haven't taken out the old inoperative "fullscreen" yet. Working on that right now
Glad the left most is working. Still not sure of a way to trigger an "enter fullscreen" message to the tour when clicked. Anyone have a solution for that?

Re: Tour refuses to go fullscreen in IE 11
I just integrated this and it worked like a champ! See the new site with new fullscreen link in the lower left corner. Is there a way to make this button a part of the tour as opposed to part of the HTML wrapper? The only problem having it as part of the HTML is that I cannot use the "enter ful...

Re: The DEAD zone!
Hi Dave, Thanks for the reply, but all of the other hotspots don't have any issues at all. Even that hotspot doesn't have issues if it is moved off of the DEAD zone. Something is causing a small area of the tour to remain unusable. It is invisible and it makes no mouse actions work when clicking or ...

Re: The DEAD zone!
Thanks 360, but it has nothing to do with the hotspot. If you move the hotspot away, the dead zone still exists where the hotspot was. The dead zone is in the same location all the time no matter what is there. You can't click on anything there and you cannot grab the area to move around...

I forgot to mention, By the way, in the skin editor, there is nothing in that spot!

The DEAD zone!
I am working on a tour that has an invisible dead zone. I am not sure what is causing it, but I suspect maybe some hidden item? Is that possible? See the tour: http://bit.ly/1bzxBTt I've positioned a hotspot on the dead zone above the sink. You will see that the top portion of the hotspot is unclick...

Re: Tour refuses to go fullscreen in IE 11
Thanks for the feedback and ideas, guys! So while not supported now, there is a chance that with a new version, IE will behave like all other browsers? haha. A quick question - it seems as if Don's suggestions are the only way to go, but it is not elegant in execution as it requires a user to hit en...

Tour refuses to go fullscreen in IE 11
I made a tour with the standard template, integrated it into a page here: http://bit.ly/1bzxBTt Clicking on the fullscreen icon in every browser works fine, except for internet explorer. If you click fullscreen, it just makes the tour a centimeter larger. Has anyone else run into this problem and ho...

IE 11, panos don't appear until fully loaded
Hi all, Just tested one of my panos on IE 11 and it isn't good. None of my panos show up in IE11 until they are fully loaded. The problem with this is that my pano is pretty involved and takes 10 seconds to fully load on a hi speed internet connection. When a user navigates to this site, they think ...

I think Integrated variables in the platform would be a very neat addition!

Re: Scaling the skin when scaling a tour.
wow jmcilvaine, thanks for the detailed description! Really appreciated! I am still trying to figure out how I can consistently have the tour go fullscreen on a phone but have the top appearance where the elements are scaled. Is there a secret to that? If there was, i could have a link to go fullscr...

Re: Scaling the skin when scaling a tour.
Thanks again Martin. Weird that the change doesn't have any effect on my desktop browser but that accomplishes it on my mobile. Lastly regarding this issue, I've included 2 screenshots. image 1. is a screenshot of the tour in fullscreen on my galaxy nexus image 2. is the exact same thing, but for so...

Re: Scaling the skin when scaling a tour.
I know that the elements will stay the same size, but elements that I have anchored to the right, disappear and get cut off as the browser is made smaller and things anchored to the center gravitate to the right. I would be happy if the skin would shrink and elements would stay true to their anchor....
