My first go at an "iSkin"
This is my attempt at making a skin for the idevices. As I only have an ipod touch, that is the only device I can test it on. Feed back is appreciated. Double tap the screen to activate "fillscreen"( not fullscreen)mode, the controls should all be in view. That should work in either orient...

Re: Pano2VR v3 beta2
One other thing,
If I use a point hs and area hs's in the same pano, clicking a point hs with transition on, it zooms in and opens the next pano but it does not center.
panos with only point hs's work fine.

Re: Pano2VR v3 beta2
Hopki, mac os 10.4.11 ppc pano2vr 3b2 will not open hotspot .pngs neither ones created with a previous versions, nor ones created with itself. once the images finishes rescaling after dismissing the six dialogs saying the pngs cant be opened, going into the point hotspot editor all I see is a grid o...

Re: Pano2VR v3 beta2
While I am having no problems opening most of my previous projects. 3.0b2 will not open previous versions hotspot .png's. It loads the tiffs fine. after that there is no image in the point hotspot window either.

Re: iPad VGA-out with GoodReader
Erik, I'm not sure if this info is applicable yet, I'm waiting for the next beta before I play. I use "FTP to go"(paid app) to deal with parts of my website from my ipod touch. One of its less documented features is its ability to turn the idevice into a web server. I have tested its abili...

Re: Pano2VR v3 Beta 1 Six windows are oddly opened at once
As this is the case for me with Pano2VR(not the new beta), I can offer a solution..perhaps.
Do not drop all six faces onto pano2vr. Drop only one face, and pano2vr will correctly parse the other 5 faces.
Dropping all six faces does indeed open six instances of pano2vr

Re: Hide Hotspots?
Hopki, Thanks for taking the time to answer. I must be doing something fundamentally wrong. For each hoptspot I set, I have to set up a HS template in the skin. If I don't, only one HS shows up.? Part of the problem is that i am a dialup user, so watching the videos is an exercise in futility. I rea...

Re: Hide Hotspots?
Can anyone explain this further?
"use "%element_name" in target field in actions to address the command to ALL elements with name "element_name"
How can all my hotspots have the same name?

Re: Bug?
If I choose "save" p2vr puts it in the same directory as the faces and all is well.
It's only if I choose "save as" to store the p2vr file in another directory does it occur.
I have adjusted my workflow.

Bug?
Since this has always been the case with Pano2VR for me, I'm not sure what the deal is but... If I drag a cube face to p2vr it opens all the faces and rescales them and away I go. If I save the file and reopen it by double clicking on it without moving anything, it will not find the required cube fa...

Re: Dreamweaver fullscreen problem
In Pano2VR, I output .swf files with the "controller_new_userdata.ggsk". The panos work fine in the Flash player. I'm building a web site in Dreamweaver CS4 and trying to embed these .swf panos in my own web pages. The pages are very simple, with only a one-cell table to frame the pano. H...

Re: some general questions
Do you have an example of this? Thanks Beagle Why not open with a blank pano and a map. The viewer can then open the required pano from a hotspot which can set the radar. The blank pano can be 5 x 10px, for face size 1px. The blank pano will then load very fast. I have used this methods many times. ...
