Re: Gigapix crashes

Here is another not solved problem: when I tried to implement the area hotspot to gigapan (only 1.28 Gpix) the pano2VR stopped and reported "out of memory". (?)

Re: Gigapix crashes

I suppose that I have found the issue. The max. cube face was 12671x12671px and I marked it as load at startup, same was with 6335px and 3167px. I have tested some variations and found that larger cubefaces should be marked as 'Decode at startup', so the first cubeface which worked with 'load at sta...

Gigapix crashes

I shot a HDR gigapixel panorama and converted it to VR panorama with the multiresolution option in Pano2VR 3.0 beta 4 . When the VRP loads it works but can also suddenly crash and the exclamation mark in a grey circle appear. Any ideas what should be wrong? (I converted few times, just in case if pa...

Re: Strange behaviour of the VRP - ("tweaking"?)

I have tested with the trial V3 and now there is no more tweaking. I can see also that there is kind of multiresolution - that seems great as 50% of my VPRs weren't with the max. res and were limited with 2880 cube. I can't give forward the project made with beta application so I am waiting for the ...

Re: Strange behaviour of the VRP - ("tweaking"?)

I have downloaded a testing beta V3 and now lost my V2 and all over the VRP were watermarks. The request was for licence key and I entered my V2 licence but it prompted that it was not right. Even the current licence is from march last year and the price is bargain I tried to enter the upgrade optio...

Re: Strange behaviour of the VRP - ("tweaking"?)

It is the latest not beta version: V2.3.4. 64-bit. I don't have installed the previous versions anymore to test, but looking to my older panos with similar scenes I don't see that "tweaking-waving". Thanks! - the pano... it is not the best one as the team vas posing and the light was not p...

Strange behaviour of the VRP - ("tweaking"?)

I am creating a comprehensive VR tour of the Coal mine and one of the VRPs was the memorial one with the team of miners who helped me with the lightening and me: http://www.burger.si/DOGODKI/2010_RLV/01.html. I didn’t notice the "tweaking" so far in my VRPs but I was warned that some of my...

Re: Change of the skin

With the new version of Pano2VR it is possible to convert even old Pano2qtvr project files. But what I wanted was the conversion without the base tiff files. The same way as Pano2VR do when the VR was already created but when only the skin was changed the process is fast and replaces only the skin.

Re: Space problem !!!

I experienced that problem when the images were larger than ~ 6400x3200 (approx.). When I decreased the size to as example: 6000x3000 was o.k. With the Pano2VR there is no problem with the size anymore.

Re: seasonal transitional panos

It is possible (from my point of understanding your question), you have just gave me an idea to do that with mine set of panos (all hand helds...): http://www.burger.si/DOGODKI/2007_ObnovaOpere/seznam.html . Please don't mind but I don't like your way of stiching, although it interesting, the proces...

Change of the skin

Most probably this issue was debated before but I didn't find the topic... Well... I have created my own skin and had converted about 3K panos from *.tif to *.swf (flash9/10)with the batch process. Later I had changed my mind and have redesigned the skin. Do I have to put all *.tif panos on my hard ...
