Re: Web links with text boxes

Yes, my knowledge of html is not too good. What I did was cut and paste the text <a href=”http://www.yourwebsite.com” target="blank">Your Text</a> from the help document http://gardengnomesoftware.com/wiki/Formatting_Text It appears there are mistakes in there. Cheers and thanks for your h...

Web links with text boxes

I'm not able to get web links to work within text boxes, though from reading the formatting text tutorial it appears it should work. The error I get is: File not found: output/”http://www.mfct.org.nz” This is the text I am using, which does show up correctly with links in the output. <b>Falconer Dia...

Sorry - but I can't find the above settings, either in the top level File menu or in the settings menu or the HTML 5 parameters screen. Can you let me know where I can find these settings? screengrabs attached.

Thanks for your help!

Polygon hotspots - preview image too pixelated

Is there any way to view a higher resolution image when drawing polygon hotspots? Even though I am using very high resolution pano images (1500 pixels high), the preview for drawing hotspots is too pixelated to see enough detail to accurately draw hotspots. (picture attached) On another note, it too...

How can I make a skin element show up in ONLY one node?

A bit stumped here - I want to have an element (thumbnail picture) show up in only one node of a six node tour. The thumbnail picture is to link to a node that is not to be included on the map. I don't want this linked node included on the map as it is secondary. I have tried adding a mouse click ac...

Area hotspot rollover - actions not working

I may be doing something daft but I can't get actions working with area hotspots apart from the actions showing and hiding the hstext. I would like to have a text box appear (called target-description in the attachment) on mouse click. It works fine if I set up the action on a button but not with th...

Re: Pano not displaying for Windows Internet Explorer

Thanks for the info. I did manage to get a programmer to make some javascript to insert into the html and it fixed the problem. The user was on internet explorer 8, Windows XP.

Re: Pano not displaying for Windows Internet Explorer

Hello, The problem with 'Recommend you become familiar with your Browser version and learn what browers are HTML5 content aware', is that users or clients don't want to have to upgrade browsers to view a VR file, it shouldn't be their problem. I have paid a programmer to fix this problem by insertin...

Pano not displaying for Windows Internet Explorer

I've been trying to get a test site live for a client to view but apparently it doesn't load on their computers. I haven't checked but I'm assuming Windows Internet Explorer. I've had another person test on this platform and confirmed it is not working. How can I trouble shoot and solve this? It is ...

Re: Pano not displaying on Adobe Business Catalyst site

I've kept it really simple to try and get it working. 1. Created and tested the VR pano on my desktop. It works fine. 2. Output to HTML only. 3. Copied Output folder to root directory of website 4. Copied .xml file to root directory of website 5. Linked to .html page in output folder http://jdooganv...

SVG file error

I'm having trouble getting a SVG file created and exported from Illustrator CC to display correctly in the flash version of the pano. It appears the box that frames the graphic is off center but I don't know how to correct this.

Pano not displaying on Adobe Business Catalyst site

I can't get the html 5 version of my panorama to display after uploading the output folder to the site. I have also uploaded the .xml file to the parent directory, in case that makes any difference. Here is the link: http://jdooganvr.businesscatalyst.com/output/Yardside03.html. However the flash ver...
