Re: Are you satisfied with Developer Support?

Hi Ulli As per Svedus`s comments I think its a combination of bad timing and you being a rookie. The support from Hopki on this forum is usually second to none. I have even known Martin to personally phone to identify bugs - I have never known any other support like that from a forum ! Also if reall...

Re: V5 VR HMD files and How to.

Hi DChoibanoff

You use your mobile devices internet browser to view pano in cardboard or equivalent VR headset after outputting pano with cardboard template and `stare` skin .

Re: Pinned Video glitches when looping

Hi aambrose Please see attached zip containing 2 video files, larger is a 17 second loop and still under 1meg - obviously you need to encode to suit required quality. I wrapped a feathered mask around video in PS then cropped smaller, nested several copies of original in premier cc and added extende...

Re: Pinned Video glitches when looping

Hi aambrose Although the video loops fine in Premier CC and Photoshop CC before render, your sample still `stutters` on loop on my desktop VLC, windows media player, windows video player etc IMHO I think this is nothing to do with Pano2vr but the rendered video output. The very short audio loop seem...

Re: Ensuring tours are mobile friendly

Hi David

With a resolution of that size is there a need to change anything from desktop output? You might be making yourself work. I maybe wrong but I cannot see how html code can sense device other than by browser screen resolution.

Re: Cardboard template links only loading in one side

Hi

Can you upload a sample ?

When you say clicking do you mean using the `stare` function in cardboard template or physically pressing screen ?

Hi

Re: Can pinned-video edges be feathered?

Hi PabloWBK how can I make only a portion of the video frame "clickable"? I've played around wiht the skin editor without success Probably the best way would be to overlay a hotspot in tour editor or container within skin and use the container\hotspot for actionable functions within skin. ...

Hi again Martin

This is what appears on Firefox Beta on my Galaxy Note 3 when moving just above (less than 1 degree) the centre horizon on your tour.
