Hmm, in order to open a swf you have to specify a thumbnail (jpg) with a link to the swf.
What about export your thumbnail placeholder in jpg from Lightroom (use a template from www.lightroomgalleries.com) to a gallery, and later on you can exchange the links of the thumbnails to the swf panos?

What about another Lat/Long field in the user data that can be later overrided by the EXIF data from the jpeg file. If the jpeg file has no EXIF data the program takes the values from the fields in User Data.
