I am not getting it right.
I always get the error message it failed to load "panorama xml"
Then it show the frame as below. So it seem, the skin gets loaded (see the radar beam), but nothing else happens.

Any suggestion?
I would appreciate your help.

Jim, I am a new to Pano2Vr as well. Is there a step by step tutorial on how to make a "flashing" hotspot. I have seen that in another pano, basically it were two circles with the outer circle flashing on and off.
