Re: Flash Fallback & Image Quality

Sorry for the lack of detail. There is no image on-line to view. I am using Safari to set up my tour and viewing the images locally. Probably should not have mentioned internet explorer but I was trying to set things up so my future customers could see something. They were reporting white screens an...

Flash Fallback & Image Quality

I have been trying to improve compatibility with Windows Explorer and checked the "Prefer Flash if available" in the HTML5 Output HTML Tab. The generated output of both the HTML5 and Flash image quality dropped a lot. When I unchecked Prefer Flash the image quality was great again. Has any...

Re: Tour not displaying in IE7

I am curious why the client computer setup is the only concern. I agree the client must be able to see the tour but I would think the bigger concern from the clients perspective is that website visitors will not be able to see anything. They will not ask how to fix the problem they will just leave. ...

Re: Quantity of files uploaded.

I have created different set of tours so I am starting from scratch. The first tour had 5 pano's and this one has 19. Each image is around 200MB. I am uploading HTML5 and Flash with the following settings. Pano2VR version 4.1.0 pro Input Format: Auto - Equirectangular (19628x9,9814/8) HTML5 Settings...

Quantity of files uploaded.

The first HTML5 pano I uploaded to my server was 300 plus files. I created a Quicktime output and subsequently deleted it along with the MOV files in the output folder. I then added Flash with 3 levels of resolution. The quantity of files to upload jumped to around 4000!! The uploaded pano does work...

Computer Question

I am currently using a Macbook Pro Retina laptop with a I7 processor for creating my panoramas with PtGui and Pano2VR. Both applications require a lot of processing power and takes a fair bit of time and heats up the computer quite a bit. I am considering purchasing a Mac Pro which has several proce...

PDF popup inside a tour

I would like to create a pano for a Restaurant and display at the front door a pop-up dinner menu. I would like to give the management the ability to change the menu anytime they wish. To do this I thought I would use a PDF document located external to the tour. Restaurant management would only have...

Image Quality

I am evaluating the trial version of Pano2VR Pro and finding the image resolution less than I expected. I have reviewed this forum and tried to push the image quality as high as possible with no concern for file size to see what it can do. The images were taken with a Nikon D800 36 mp and 35-70 F2.8...
