Just a wild guess but I think you try to gernerate something other than a full cubic panorama. Cylindricals and Objects are currently not supported. I will add this soon

So much plans, so little time.... Maybe some day when I am running out of ideas ;)

Seriously: I plan to do it, but its not top priority and I have no fixed schedule for it.

I guess your systems default swf viewer is the one of Flash MX but you need at least the Flash 8 player. Please have a look at the thread
http://www.pano2qtvr.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=5
for instruction how to install a new standalone player

Hmm... I don't know director but the Flash Panorama has a global Object "pano" with the methode "setPan(value)", "setTilt(value)" and "setFoV(value)" so a call to

<instancename>.pano.setPan(5)

may do the trick...

I have sent you the key 3 minutes after your order. Maybe your SPAM filter didn't let it through. I have sent it now 3 times (over gmail, direct and this forum) so I hope one or the other way will bring it to you. Your request was caught by my SPAM filter so I didn't see it in the first place. Sorry.

But this only heals the symptoms. I have a very nice solution in mind but this will change a lot (and more Important: Adds a lot!) and so I plan to wait with this for version 2.0

It can have any name except it should end to .swf and it should be in the same folder (to make things easier) but you can point the path to any directory you like. It is an extra movieclip (not a layer...) on top of the pano but it can be any dimension. At the moment it is always in the lower left c...

Space Problem...

But this may lead to a massive space problem. You will see it, when all the options are implemented that are on my whish list ;)
But for sure I will keep this in mind.

The built in interpolators should be faster so if you don't need the PanoTools, disable it.

You can only minimize the distortion if you increase the quality with the slider, but this also decreses the speed. You have to find an optimal compromise for your needs/subject. Flash 8 doesn't have a 3D engine so I have to do the math for projection in software which slows down the whole thing.
