Thomas I've had this problem for about 3 years now but never dared ask you to help me! My PC updated Quicktime to version 7.64.17.73 yesterday morning and none of my quicktime movies containing hotspots generated by Pano2QTVR work any more. for example : http://www.lochorama.fr/17.html The image no longer appears. And when I click on "show hotspots", a message appears saying "a softwa...

HOT SPOT problems

There seem to be several posts that may be interrelated: Qtime 7 dosenot support hotspots !!?? hotspot link to new window Maybe they should all be dealt with in one central place. I thought my problem had been solved when Thomas explained "Ok, I noticed for the new QuickTime version 7.1.5 that hotsp...

Re: Insufficient space error message

I opened a pqp file with the intention of creating some hot spots and got this error message (in French): "insufficient space to process this request". Can anyone explain what this is all about? Thanks! I've done it again! There was already a thread on this subject entitled "Not enough storage...wh...

Re: Qtime 7 dosenot support hotspots !!??

I'm not sure if my problem is I THINK I MAY HAVE FOUND THE ANSWER: When creating my hotspots, I was invited by the system to enter after "http:// " my domain name + page.html" I just erased the "http//" and simply entered my page.html and it worked! http://lochorama.com/58_june4_pdt_fl360_HQ.html O...

I'm not sure if my problem is identical to yours, but here goes: HELP! My hotspots don't work? Absolute mystery! Some of my pages work but others do not. The hotspots on this page work perfectly. http://lochorama.com/9qt.html Each hotspot takes you to a different PAGE (NOT to another Quicktime movi...

Re: Sprites and things

I'm trying to figure out if I can use Patrick Cheatham's "Spincontrol" in conjunction with Pano2QTVR. Any ideas on this, Thomas? Hi Mike: I sent you an email with an example/test HTML template for use in P2Q -- be sure to let me know how it works for you! Patrick Thanks Patrick, Your test HTML temp...

Sprites and things

Question: could anybody write a SPRITE to do this. Ideally, this 'tool tip' would flash for a couple of seconds each time the movie loads. So would the actual hotspots! Is this technically possible? Good question. I never programmed a sprite and I don't have a copy of LiveStage pro or Hotwires. May...

Did you noticed that you can drop an image also onto the GUI symbol? This should do exactly what you want. Yes I noticed that, but this requires me to modify each time all my settings! So I will just continue creating a new file each time from my template. Which is NOT much of a problem at all. Tha...

Droplets

Hey Thomas, It is fantastic to be able to create one's own droplets. And they work fine. The only trouble is, they are absolutely useless if you want to incorporate hotspots. Question: would it possible for your droplets to generate a project file in addition to the movie file? This would make it re...
