Re: Thumbnail Skin for Html5/Css3

Looks good! A few comments: - Move the Thumbnails button down a bit or put it on the bottom - I kept on hitting the URL field. Or what about making the Thumbnails button wider or circular to fit to the finger more? (After playing more, I didn't have any more troubles tapping the button...) - User hi...

Currently not. I'll move that To-Do item higher up on the list. Unless someone from the community wants to contribute?

Re: DPI resolution

The dpi field is just an information and has no influence on the image itself. The only thing that matters is the amount of pixels. If your print is 10 inch wide and you want 300dpi then you need 3000 pixel, no matter what the dpi field in the images says. (From http://gardengnomesoftware.com/forum...

Aack. Sorry...on Windows a backslash is used...not a slash (that's what UNIX uses).

Re: HTML 5 Quick How-to

Yup, the iPhone 4 sees the 640 tile size and the iPad sees the 1024 tile size, while the iPod Touch/iPhone 3G sees the 320 tile size. (You could probably safely increase the iPod Touch tile size to 480.) The setting for your earlier test for the iPhone/iPod Touch resolution worked for the max resolu...

I'm not quite sure what the problem is here...but are you naming your file/folder structure like you have here? If so, you're using the wrong slash. It should be: /.

Re: tiles folder

Have you tried to use place holders? You should be able to use $n (for the dropped file name) as a place holder for a output folder. I think currently you can not use it in the tiles filename pattern but this would a neat idea to add. I tried changing the tiles names by adding $n in the filename bo...

Re: HTML 5 Quick How-to

I'm still playing with the resolution settings myself. Once I get some good examples down, I'll post. But first I wanted to say that your examples linked here work fine on the iPhone4. I get the 2000px resolution - although, you set it for a 720 tile size, correct? What happens when you change this ...

Re: Html 5/CSS 3 - Flash; state of the market

If I produce a 360 in html5/css3 today it will only work on i devices or users using safari 5. There does not seem to be a flip to flash if you're using another browser. Yep. So far I think two links are necessary. See Vimeo and YouTube for example. On a side note, some of you may be interested in ...

HTML 5 Quick How-to

I've added a quick how-to in exporting HTML5 to the documentation . I'll update this and make it much better soon - this is just to provide at least some kind guide. A quick video tutorial is also in the works. (Although many of you may have already figured all this stuff out.) If there's a step mis...

Re: html5 skin

Hmmm, that could be a bug - we'll take a look into it.

In the meantime, I wrote up a very quick how-to: http://gardengnomesoftware.com/wiki/Pan ... ML5_Export. You might be beyond this, but maybe it helps anyway.

A quick video tutorial is also coming...

Re: html5 skin

No, your pano doesn't load on an iPhone.

Did you upload the images folder, XML, HTML, skin.js to the server?

I have a quick tutorial in the works on how to do this...

Hopki,

You rock! That's MUCH smarter. But using the effect circular also works ;) - glad you got it working.
