Re: how to make navigation proportional?

You're trying to make the skin responsive, right?

Generally, you set elements in the skin to scale based on player width using a logic block.

We recently covered this in a webinar which you might find helpful: https://ggnome.com/gg_webinars/skin-edi ... ve-design/

Re: Getting black images in HTML5 Output

We're not seeing an issue here. Have you tried outputting to a new/different output folder? Maybe clearing browser cache?

Re: Menu Default Settings

Did you try adding a logic block to "menu background"'s visible property? You could add the trigger, Player > Has Touch = True. And change Visible to "false". This way the hamburger menu will show, but the thumbnails won't be visible until the menu button is tapped.

Re: clicking "switch projection" crashes program

Oh, that's not good! To confirm, this happens in the Viewer when you use the "Change Projection" button?

Can you tell us what operating system and version you're using? Also, if you're getting a crash report, can you send this in to support (support@ggnome.com) so we can take a closer look?

Re: How to create a responsive pop-up without scroll-bars

Hi! You might benefit from watching last week's webinar. Today's may also give some more insight on how to best achieve responsive design. If you want to have popups like the example below, you might also want to watch the webinar on hotspots (and creating pop ups with polygon hotspots, like in the ...

Re: Failure to navigate image on iPhone

In the future, the easiest way to update is to use "Check for Updates" in the Help menu. Alternatively, you can set your preferences to "Check for updates every 7 days" (Pano2VR > Settings > General). This way you always know when the latest and greatest arrives. Any minor release (like 5.2.5) will ...

Re: Adjustable Next and Previous buttons Pano2VR 6 Pro

I'm not sure what you mean by square brackets not being recognized -- they are standard characters in many languages are also ASCII characters.
In this case, I believe the brackets are simply holding a string. But maybe this page and this helps.

Re: Setting up your own Google API key

Eric, you will want to use your own key. Right now, you can use Google Maps in the Tour Map, but Google might change their usage rules at anytime, and we may need to disable it. If you use your own key, you won't run into any problems, then. @Svendus, What Hopki means is that, this key, that Thomas ...

Re: Unable to create tiny planet

Right. We call this a fly-in; where you open in one projection and end another. This is usually done from Stereographic (tiny planet) to Rectilinear. Here's a link to the documentation for this, if you like to bookmark these things. Also, to make the projection "stick" you will need to select " set ...

Re: How to link different panos than starting pano

Yes. Every node in a tour is assigned a number or Node ID. You'll find this ID in the info popup that appears when you hover over a node in the tour browser. nodeid.jpg You would then just link to that specific node by adding its node ID to the end of the URL: http://ggnome.com/example/tour/index.ht...

Hi!

I haven't tried this, but I think you just add the script to the HTML.
