Re: Quicktime and Windows 64 bit OS

As Thomas answered in your earlier question, perhaps it's an OpenGL issue and you need to update the drivers? See: http://gardengnomesoftware.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2720 My earlier question was not related to a 64 bit OS. Updating the drivers is of no help in either problem. Picking a lower ...

Re: Quicktime and Windows 64 bit OS

Smooth,

VC++ components are checked on by default. They are installed. Still no good on the preview screen.

Re: Quicktime and Windows 64 bit OS

I have tried chaning the compatability mode. Nothing works. I downloaded and installed the latest beta version. Still nothing. This is now day 6 with no reply from the author.

Re: Quicktime and Windows 64 bit OS

It is not a 32 bit compatability thing. I tried changing the mode and I still get the same result. How does one go about getting tech support? Are all the users trying to figure out all of this by themselves or does the author of Pano2VR read these forums and respond? I submitted an issue earlier to...

Re: Quicktime and Windows 64 bit OS

There is a dodgy workaround but not of any use to your customers/viewers. If the workaround will get Pano2VR to work, I am willing to give it a try. Otherwise I may just bail on this whole "64-bit is a better OS" thing. I have been running into issues with several other software packages (not pano ...

Quicktime and Windows 64 bit OS

Ok. So I now know that Quicktime does not work on 64 bit Windows OS. Such a dissapointment. When I am in Pano2VR and go to the "Panorama Viewing Parameters" screen, I do not get an image. I am assuming Pano2vr uses QT for the preview? Is there a work around for this so I can set the initial viewing ...

Panorama Viewing Prameters screen is blank

I create a project and save it. I can set limits and such. When I come back and reload the project, the Panorama Viewing Parameters screen does not show an image. I only get a really big white preview screen. I can see all the controls and values, just no graphic image. Rebooting does not help. Dell...
