It can have any name except it should end to .swf and it should be in the same folder (to make things easier) but you can point the path to any directory you like. It is an extra movieclip (not a layer...) on top of the pano but it can be any dimension. At the moment it is always in the lower left c...

You can only minimize the distortion if you increase the quality with the slider, but this also decreses the speed. You have to find an optimal compromise for your needs/subject. Flash 8 doesn't have a 3D engine so I have to do the math for projection in software which slows down the whole thing.

There are some incompatible versions floating around because they changed the interface of the DLL (don't ask me why...) so I didn't found the time to code a work around. The Interpolators are all in the main program so you don't loose quality if you don't use the pano12.dll. The DLL is only usefull...

subdirectories

The problem is that you put the output files into subdirectories ... you have to remove the "flash/...." in front of the embed line (and I have to find a solution for this problem in the next version)

Checked Windows 2000

I checked the latest version 1.5.0beta2 with Windows 2000 + QuickTime 6.5.2 and everything works fine. Did you use PanoTools pano12.dll? Maybe disable it in the menu "Pano2QTVR" and uncheck "Use PanoTools, if available" and try it again. Why don't you enter the pro Key? The key doesn't get destroyed...

Currently there is the controller.fla file within the Pano2QTVR/flash directory. This is the project file for the controller.swf but it should be possible to write your own Controller with other Software wich is cable to produce Actionscript 2. You need only a global function variable var playerCont...
