I think I have a possible solution;

Normally all files are in the same directory; with a CMS it is not possible: the CMS generates the html files dynamicly OR they come from a cache. I'll try to put full paths in the flash files :(

You can easily insert a nadir logo with Pano2VR via the patch tool. You can check this tutorial , it won't take more than 2 min for each nadir. Thomas, Great; this is even more simple then expected.
