Re: Reusing existing panospheres in another Google Virtual Tour

Hi, I´m not shure if the Google rule does still exist, but it was a rule: Using the same pictures (panoramas) for more than one business is not allowed. I would try to copy each panorama and write complete different exif data in the files - not only the filname should be different. And I would also ...

Re: Panorama does not load in the Internet Explorer

That is normal. Only Firefox does not have the restrictions to such interactive data. When you open via Pano2VR ("inside"), the internal server is active and with that url, all browser can be addressed with the local data (panotour on your harddisk). This simulates the behaviour of a webserver, what...

Re: Patarei sea fortress/prison, Tallinn

Excellent tour !

Also very interesting history, so if you find the time for a multilanguage version (also english), I guess it will be a great success and I am shure it will be shared often in the web :-)

Nice Example.
Can you show the same one, but created with p2vr 5.2.1.
it could be better.

Re: Restaurant tour with extras

Hi Dieter, yes, it is the same principle as Martin (Hopki) explained in the 2 videos, regarding 3D distorted hotspots: http://ggnome.com/blog/creating-3d-distorted-hotspot-images The position (X) of the small Eifel-tower with the lighbeam (in the menue top right) is controlled by a variable (numbers).

Restaurant tour with extras

Hi all, finally the client published the tour, so I will share this example of some "extras" in a tour. Don´t want to tell to much, please have a close look (and some clicks) - especially in the panorama named "Küche": http://360-host.de/vr-ladresse37/ Of course created with the wonderful tool pano2...

Re: Making VR output with 5.1 Pro

Dave, yes, that´s clear. I just mentioned, that the browsers that I can use (additionally to FF) are Chrome and the "Samsung default browser". Those don´t open local stored VR files. Only FF did that, but on my S5 it shows that stupid message, that the (html) file is not found. But the other browser...

Re: Making VR output with 5.1 Pro

Hi again, do you think, that the display of local data-storage on SD Card or USB stick (flashdrive via OTG Cable) will be more easy with V6 ? At the moment I am total confused and disappointed of the "wonderful modern tools" (named: "mobile devices"). I have a tour, created with the cardboard output...

Re: Making VR output with 5.1 Pro

Hi Dave,
thanks for your reply. Just one more question:
Does this locally stored data work also, if it is the "split-screen" of the HMD vr output (cardboard skin) in Firefox on Samsung S7 ?

Re: Making VR output with 5.1 Pro

I agree! It´s important and also my clients slowly but shurely aks more and more... By the way some questions to the combination of Samsung Gear VR and S7: Is it possible to simply use the html vr output and watch that panoramatour in a browser and have some sounds (mp3) in the tour and use bluetoot...

Re: Color Management

Dear ggn team, I have another color profile problem: When creating "skin-pictures" in the output, the col-profile is not written in the jpg files. This causes different colors in 3D dist. hotspots. See example: scr_01.jpg on the last picture (lowest in the row), I input the colorprofile (sRGB) manua...

Re: Arrow movement hotspot

Hi,
take some time and look at that tutorial:
https://ggnome.com/blog/hopki-tip-creat ... -pano2vr-5

Not tested yet, but it should be able to use that timer-animation also for a movement of an arrow.

Re: Places-Button for StreetView

As far as I remember the rules of google: Ay business entry should be "real" and "independent". So when I think about a location entry, I always ask: Is that really "working" as an own company, or is it (just) a part of an existing company. Example: A restaurant in a hotel, it could be an independen...

feature request in animation editor

Hi gnomes ;-) Pano2VR V5.2 beta 3 Pro: A project with 2+ panoramas. When I duplicate a Clip I need to use another panorama, but with exaktly the same animation/moovements. Workaround is to copy and paste the keyframes, it works! But as a request, it should be possible to choose the panorama in the e...
