Re: Converting Patches to Point Hotspots bugs
Hi, Please change the actions from Mouse Over to Mouse Enter in the hs2 and hs1 Hotspot Templates. This did work with the old actions in Safari, but not in Chrome or Firefox. Once the Source Action was changed it is now working in all three browsers. Mouse Over is like a Press source action so alway...

Re: Save formatting
Hi Alain,
Once you have modified the skin you can select File => Save As, so you are saving the skin with the modified colours.

Re: ggpkg Package assignment problem
Hi Patrick,
Good question.
Please can you send in to support your packages so we can then use them on our test website to try and reproduce the issue?

Re: Converting Patches to Point Hotspots bugs
Hi,
Please provide a direct download link.
If the images are too large then using Point Hotspots may not be the best to use.
But without seeing the project it is hard to say.

Re: Save formatting
Hi Alain,
I am not sure I fully understand the question but are you talking about saving user data, viewing parameters etc.
If so once you have entered the user data text you can go to File, Save as Default.
The next time you open Pano2VR this data will be set.

Re: pinned images
Hi Uta, The topic has been moved to Pano2VR General so more people may see it. With regards to the pinned images you can not add more text, what happens is on click the can popout or popout 100%. If you want to add text then the way to do this would be to link to a polygon hotspot drawn around the i...

Re: Image URLs being renamed/appended
This was solved in support e-mail. But for anyone following, if you want to open an image that is hosted somewhere else then you need to make some modifications. The Hotspot type has to be changed to URL. The SKin ID can remain: ht_image. Then the URL can be added in the Hotspots Link URL text field...

Hi,
What is the file name?
Avoid starting with numbers.
Does your project have any special characters in file names?
Lastly does it open OK using the desktop package viewer?

Re: android package -> can't change thumbnail
Hi david,
To check my understanding you are deleting the package from your computer and the Package Viewer app first. Then using Pano2VR you set a new default view for your new preview image.
Then create a new package, and then upload to the Package Viewer app.

Re: how to include image in ggpkg?
Hi david,
You need to add the images via the assets as found under the HTML5 output and Advanced tab.
Otherwise the project file does not know to include it in the package.

Re: how to include image in ggpkg?
Hi David,
Can you go into detail on how you load the images in the skin. You do need to add them as assets, but then from there how are you showing them?
