Re: View inside VR the room become gigantic

Hi,
Yeah, as said it is the device that sets the FoV.
So not much we can do about it unfortunately.

Re: Preview image for tour

Hi Mario,
You can add a flat image as a node and have this as the starting image.
Then have a button to open the next node which would be your hallway panorama.
Or you can use an external image loader and cover the first panorama.
You can then give it a click action to hide _self or better to change ...

Re: Cellphones compatibility

Hi,
We decided to only support WebXR/WebVR devices.
For phones, you can use VRTourviewer , which uses the Pano2VR output.

iOS and Android were holding back development with their insistence to not supporting WebVR.
After making this decision, Pano2VRs WebVR output can now have skins and have far ...

Re: View inside VR the room become gigantic

Hi Abbo,
Do you have a link to an example?
The FoV is determined by the Quest 3, but what could be an issue is if the height of the tripod is too low, you get the sense that the room is much larger.

Re: Which software was used for this virtual tour

Hi Heiko,
This is not Pano2VR, however, both things are available.
There was a webinar about, Client Maintainable Virtual Tours .
There is also another way to do this per text box. But if you have lots of point hotspots this may not be practical.

Concerning the navigation, you can use polygons and ...

Re: Polygon hotspot Color

You need to specify which Polygon Hotspot ID you are targeting if you are using an action, or you can use a regular expression, #Poly.*
This would target all Hotspots starting with "Poly".
But if you just want to change them all, use the Hotspot tab in the Web output or if that needs to be ...

Re: Set a variable when autorotate starts / unpauses?

Hi,
You need a source to trigger events.
The logic block can react to whether the panorama is rotating or not, but this is not a source action.
In the attached project, the Image Popup Point Hotpot, when clicked, pauses the auto rotation and also sets a value to a timer.
The timer has two actions ...

Re: New issue with embedded video on Firefox - mobiles only

Hi Julien,
Using a Pixel 6a phone, the pinned video was displaying ok in Firefox.
Did a Phone OS update to the latest, Android 15, 5th April.
Tested again and still ok.
Noticed there were some App updates, one of which was Firefox.
After the update, there is an issue with the pinned video!
Need to ...

Re: Error: not a 360 photo

Hello Murata,
We have reported that for some customers the "not a 360 photo" issue is no longer a problem.
Have you tried the normal way of just building a tour and uploading as normal?

Re: Sound Point Hotspot

New update V3.
When changing sound point hotspots you now have the option to either stop the current sound or pause it.

Re: Reinstalled on a system reset

Hi,
Have you checked Pano2VR's backup folder?
This is found under Pano2VR Settings .
This is time-dependent.

If you don't have a backup then the skin.js file has "some" data, you could open it with a text editor and see the size, and positions of elements.
But this is not going to be easy.

Re: Error: not a 360 photo

Hi studio360.com.ua,
Different people are getting slightly different results.
For example here in the UK, all of my accounts work without issue.
Some report that maybe one out of five accounts work while others say none of theirs work.
We did have one customer recently stating that an account that ...

Hi Svendus,
As always this is a team effort.
You see this button when you open a project that has images uploaded to your account.
For example, if you open a new project you will not see it.
