To check my understanding you are deleting the package from your computer and the Package Viewer app first. Then using Pano2VR you set a new default view for your new preview image.
Then create a new package, and then upload to the Package Viewer app.

You need to add the images via the assets as found under the HTML5 output and Advanced tab.
Otherwise the project file does not know to include it in the package.

When making an update do you just overwrite the existing package or do you delete it first?
Pleas try removing the package first, or indeed rename the old one so Pano2VR is forced to build a new package and not just updating an exhausting package.

So use.
Mouse Click, Set Variable Value, and make it blank.

This is a memory issue with the phone.
The thing to ask is if you have popup images, what is their pixel size?
Do you have lots of pinned images?

Hi Javier, Please check again, the folder will have FloorPlan01_1.png and FloorPlan01_2.png So what you need to do is duplicate FloorPlan01_2.png and rename that to FloorPlan01_3.png So you end up with: FloorPlan01_1.png FloorPlan01_2.png FloorPlan01_3.png Or the other way is to install Pano2VR 6.1....

You can deselect "Unload map on hide" as found in the map elements properties.
This will prevent this from happening.
