Re: [P2VR 6.1.11] Media Ended action not working for Youtube videos

Hi Dennis, Just checked this and it's all working. Please see the simple test attached. Open the video and scrub to almost the and let it play. On the media end, it hides the video. Which YouTube video are you using, can you post the link? I take it your using the video element and not a text box wi...

Re: Renew from 5.0 pro

Hi Max, Moving this post to the correct forum. This would be best answered by support e-mail. Please send in with the license name and e-mail used when you purchased. But that said did you purchase from a reseller? If so then you would not have an account on the website and you would need to contact...

Re: Floor plans on smartphone and Ipad it doesn´t show the draws.

Hi,
This all sounds odd.
Can you send in your complete project into support so we can build it in the office and see what is going on?
This does not sound like the same issue.

Re: pinned images

Hi Uta, These are place holders that Pano2VR uses to fetch information from other areas of the software. As an example, if you had a text box in the skin with the placeholder $(ut), then it would display the User Data Title for each panorama. A full list of placeholders can be found here: ggnome.com...

Re: Error: unexpected end of file

Hi Eyal, The p2vr file is broken and you need to fetch one from the backups, see: https://ggnome.com/doc/prefs-settings/#general How this works is you open the backup folder and copy one of the backup p2vr files into your project folder. Close Pano2VR and then open the backup. Once you have a backfi...

Re: polygon hotspot and multilingual interface

Hi Chris, This is not what I meant. Open the attached project, you will see only one container. It has five actions, but action filters stop all the actions triggering all at once. In this case, there is a number added to the polygon hotspots target, the action filter is using this to filter what ac...

Re: polygon hotspot and multilingual interface

Hi Chris, With regards to Hotspot Proxy ID, you can use the wild card "*". Then using actions and action filters means you can have one container with lots of actions, using the action filter only triggering the actions required. As an example, if you had a number in the Polygone Hotspots ...

Re: Google Street View Place?

Hi Tom, You would "suggest" a place in Google Maps. This has been done before by others but no idea about timescales and how long it took before Google added them, a couple of weeks if I remember correctly. From Google: Open Google Maps. Search for a place or select it on the map From the ...

Re: Converting Patches to Point Hotspots bugs

Hi, Please change the actions from Mouse Over to Mouse Enter in the hs2 and hs1 Hotspot Templates. This did work with the old actions in Safari, but not in Chrome or Firefox. Once the Source Action was changed it is now working in all three browsers. Mouse Over is like a Press source action so alway...

Hi Alain,
Once you have modified the skin you can select File => Save As, so you are saving the skin with the modified colours.

Hi Patrick,
Good question.
Please can you send in to support your packages so we can then use them on our test website to try and reproduce the issue?

Re: Converting Patches to Point Hotspots bugs

Hi,
Please provide a direct download link.
If the images are too large then using Point Hotspots may not be the best to use.
But without seeing the project it is hard to say.

Re: Save formatting

Hi Alain,
I am not sure I fully understand the question but are you talking about saving user data, viewing parameters etc.
If so once you have entered the user data text you can go to File, Save as Default.
The next time you open Pano2VR this data will be set.
