Re: nadir patch color problem

Hi,
I have tried to reproduce this but I can not!
Can you send me a panorama that shows this, use the support e-mail below.
But I have tried panoramas with grass, concrete, tiles, light, dark etc.

What's the colour space of the image and do you have Convert to sRGB selected in the settings?

Re: [SOLVED] How to keep a 3d Distorted Hotspot upright

@Niel,
Nice one, did not think of that in this post.
My next webinar is looking at Modifiers and covers this would you believe.
I look at many things but for hotspots being used for Nadir Logos I will show Modifiers to scale the image, 1/tan(FoV) but now will add Pan in the image

Re: Changing the text box slider colour and padding

HI, The text box just uses the standard CSS. What you can do is use the scroll area element, this gives you more options. So make your text box the size it has to be, so a fixed size. Then add that to the scroll area. Or if you look at the HTML page you will see in the head section the scroll area C...

Re: Minor changes tour updates

Hi, Anything you change in the project file is in the .xml file. Anything you change in the skin will be in the skin.is file. Also any images in the image folder if that have changes, as an example thumbnail preview images etc. But if you change an image, added or replace a patch, then you need to u...

Re: Object2vr_output fixed browser size

Hi, This sounds a bit risky trying to force a browser to a set size, you used to be able to d this but with modern security, I don't think you can anymore. But I am no web developer so could be wrong. Under the HTML tab, if you deselect "fullscreen", then the object will be displayed in the output H...

Re: Youtube video hotspot

Hi,
Do you have the YouTube video component in the skin?
This comes with the Silhouette and Simplex skins, but if building your own skin you need to add the elements to display the video.
The best thing to do is to use the component from the components toolbox.

Re: How do you set rotation of a 3d Distorted Hotspot image?

Hi Dave, In your support e-mail, the only reference to this was "So, no way to continuously rotate a 3D Distorted Hotspot image then?". So I gave you the link to the post to continuously rotate and element. You did not mention anything about wanting a logo to always face forward. But now you have, I...

Re: Youtube Hotspot and GDPR

Hi,
If you need to do this then I would add this at the start of the tour.
Just have a splash screen that says this tour contains videos and wherever else is in there and then give the viewer the choice to accept it or not.
If not, use a variable to hide all video hotspots.

Re: How to choose the landing orientation

Hi,
The thumbnail view is taken from the panoramas Default View, as set under the Viewing parameters.
If you are using hotspots and target views this will not affect which direction the nodes will open.

Re: About animated hotspot possiblities

Hi, There is information about the external image loader: https://ggnome.com/doc/props-extern-image/ But the steps are: 1) Add the image to assets as found under the Advanced tab in the HTML5 output. All image added this way will have the path "assets/image.gif" as an example. 2) Add the external im...

Re: Bug(let): 3D Distorted Hostpots move about on different browsers

You can turn off the icons in the viewer, select a different mode and then click on the eye. In the below the panorama mode has been selected so you can now select the eye next to the patch icon to hide it. Screenshot 2020-10-21 at 12.02.54.png However it will still show when patch mode is selected,...

Hi Carlos,
Hunting bugs down is never a waste of time and appreciate the time reporting.
Yes, you are right, the Z Rotation is not taken into account.
Added it the bug tracker.
