Re: Pano2VR HTML 5 not working in Safari iOS 6
Not a new thing for Safari. I have experienced this on Desktop Safari on Mac for more than a year. Especially when you open a second panorama in a new tab. Personally I would never open 2 panoramas i 2 tabs on any ipad Or any computer at all). Thats just bad webdesign. Make sure that you never do th...

Re: Pano2VR beta 4 bugreport
The patch output does no longer save the patch in the original equirectangular file folder. I had to use search to find it and discovered that they save in my application folder. I can not find any preferences to change this. If I try to use the Open function and navigate to somewhere else it is gre...

Re: A new HTML5 fullscreen code
You can already do this by adding allowfullscreen="true" to the iframe attributes. For the moment you also need to add the browser prefixes to do this trick: <iframe src="pano.html" width="800px" height="600px" allowfullscreen="true" mozallowfullscr...

Re: Full Resolution when zooming in w/ HTML5
The only way to do this on iPad,iPhone is to make hotspots with zoomed in popup images. Showing the full resolution as an interactive zoomable panorama is only possible with flash. Even on a desktop the max usable resolution for HTML5 CCS3D panoramas is lower than your 11500x5700 pixels panorama. Th...

Both versions work fine without crashes on my iPad 1 old OS 4.3
However you should use a little larger navigation buttons for touch devices.
My advice is that you reset your iPad or at least restart it.
It may also be a good idea to clear you cache.

Re: (html5) Zoom possible on external pictures ?
I hope you know that your tour does not work properly in portrait iPad. Turning will crop the pano and opening it in portrait will show you a downscaled version where you can not read the texts.

I also checked Daves panos. Works fine but same problem with no portrait support in Opera.
The buttons are too small for a smartphone. You only need zoombuttons and Fullscreen.

Pano2VR .swf files play perfectly (Internet) using Opera Mini Browser after installing Flash Plug-in Are you sure you use Opera Mini. Opera Mini does not support Flash, Opera Mobile 10.1 does. http://www.opera.com/mobile/specs/ I can not see that the SWF player has an plugin so I assume you mean Th...

Converting cylindric QTVR
Many people have old QTVR they would like to convert directly to flash or equirectangular. While this works fine for Cubic QTVR the cylindric ones behave very weird. Its not possible to do a direct conversion. Choosing equirectangular as target results in a cropped image without any similarity to eq...

Re: Manifest Cache Help
First of all. Goodreader is fullscreen so no need for any fullscreen button if you have your tour created with 100%height and width. The other problem with getting out of Goodreader is very simple. You just create a simple startpage with a thumbnail or just asimple link on. In the tour you make a li...

Re: New skin buttons professionally designed for iDevices
We just developed the most comprehensive set of buttons and some icons specifically designed to be used in panoramas' skins for small portable devices' screens. The name of the set is "i-white" . All the graphics are non-obstructive, with high definition and contrast and the most importan...

Re: Multiresolution just black (Mac)
Yes just discovered that it says only flash 9 in the output area. Must have lost my pref for that when I got my iMac. I think though it should say 9-10 to not confuse. And it does not tell you that you are out putting a multiresolution. Got it working after resaving with IBM. I must have used a file...

Re: Multiresolution just black (Mac)
I check it out. However the same equirectangular has no problem generating a 2880 standard flash panorama. BTW I see now that the 2880 restriction has been reinstalled. Checked my last 2 versions and same. Why is this. Does Thomas not know that the max bitmap is 4095x4095. I had no problems making t...
