Update...
I tried un-checking the overlap by 1 pixel on the multiresolution tab and the lines have vanished.
Cheers,
Dayve

Re: Various issues trying to make smaller pano
v3.0 64-bit. I've just upgraded to v3.1.0 64 bit, but have the same lines appearing.
It doesn't appear on the others I've done, and this one was fine, until I started trying to reduce the size!
Cheers,
Dayve

Re: Various issues trying to make smaller pano
Hi Smooth,
Reducing the panoramic to 1280 didn't look very good at all. I've reverted back to my previous settings, but still get a line where the cubes meet. How would I remove this?
Cheers,
Dayve

Re: Various issues trying to make smaller pano
Hi Smooth, Thanks for that. I followed your suggestion: re-sized the tiff panorama 10 4712 px long and converted it to jpeg cube faces with a 1500 px setting. I imported them into Pano2VR and set the individual tile qualities to 80 for the round shots, 20 for the nadir and 100 for the zenith (to try...

Various issues trying to make smaller pano
Hi, I'm trying to reduce the file size of a pano to fit on a Asus Eee Pad TF101 (Android v3.2), with a screen resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. I have a couple of panos which I'm trying to reduce in size, so that the Asus can work with them. Unfortunately, I keep running into problems. The process of...

Re: Vanishing skins
Hi All,
Does anyone have any ideas, or, maybe my question was not clear?
Please respond if you can.
Many thanks,
Dayve

Vanishing skins
Hi All, I've made up a virtual tour which has an intro page (just an image with a 'click here to enter tour'). This has it's own skin. When you click to enter the tour, the panos have a different skin, but this vanishes when you enter the tour via the intro. If I enter the tour directly, the skin is...

Re: Pop up image
Hi Sebastian, That's perfect, just what I needed! Many thanks. Just wondered on a couple of points. If I wanted to ued images of different sizes (eg one portrait and one landscape format), could this be done with the current skin? Secondly, I've been using a skin with the controls and instructions e...

Re: Pop up image
Hi Sebastian,
I think that the image holder would work fine if this allowed me to have an indication on the pano that a detailed view (ie the pop-up image) was available. How do I go about creating an image holder?
Thanks,
Dayve

Re: Pop up image
Hi Sebastian, I've looked at the video tutorials and, although they are excellent, I'm not sure they covered my question. I can make a hotspot with a link to an image ok, but I wanted to make a hotspot which popped an image up, over the pano and which would be hidden on a mouse click. The idea was t...

Pop up image
Hi all,
I'm in a right pickle over trying to create a hotspot, which has a still image appear, then disappears, when clicked. I thought I could do it using a skin, but a haven't a clue about which info to put in which boxes!
An idiots step-by-step would be great please.
Cheers,
Dayve

Re: Creating an initial screen for a virtual tour
Hi Hopki,
Many thanks for that. I'll have a look to see if I can't work out how it's done as I'll need to place one of my own pic there.
Best wishes,
Dayve

Hi Hopki,
That sounds about right. Not sure how to go about it though. Are there any videos on the subject?
Cheers,
Dayve
