We have a tutorial for that.

Re: Changing the case of a Tag
When you use remove from project in user data, the tag is deleted from that node and every node it's been added to. It should be adding it to nodes. If so, that's a bug. But I can't replicate this in 7.0.9. Also, you can delete tags from a entire project by using the stamp tool: Select the stamp tag...

Re: Errors while publishing - panoramas not showing in Google
This is unfortunately a problem on Google's end.
A guess to help, would be to try shifting the location data slightly and then reupload.

Re: Activate license key
If you purchased from a reseller, they should be able to upgrade your license. If you just purchased the licenses, then you should have received the version 4 license. If you need help, write to us at support@ggnome.com

Re: file location of skin components
You can import your old components to the Components Toolbox in v7. But did you already check in the Settings > Files? Right-click on the file URL next to Skin Components Files and you should get a "Show in Explorer" option. You can also add them to this location. I've got mine in a Catego...

Re: Activate license key
Yes, license keys are available for the beta! Check out this page: https://ggnome.com/object2vr4/
Log in to your account, go to Licenses. And you should see an "upgrade" button next to your version 3 license. Click that to see your upgrade path.

Re: Activate license key
Make sure the license key is for the correct version. An Object2VR 3 license will not activate Object2VR 4.

Re: the photo starts from the ceiling
Google chooses a random view. But also the view will be different from viewing on Maps and from within your account.

Re: One node multiple destinations
One solution is to set up node clostering in the Map element in the Skin Editor. This will show multiple nodes in the map and as you zoom in, more pins are revealed.

Re: Is there any reason a single point hotspot is listed twice in the List View?
Even if you added them manually, Pano2VR would assign the hotspot a new ID. Did you merge projects?
If you can, send us the project as a support package. And we can take a look.

Re: Editing a skin for the Garden Gnome Package Viewer application
Hello! Just to note here, we've responded to your email and the problem is a transparency issue on android. If Pano2VR were converting PNGs to JPGS, this would be visible everywhere including desktop, which is displaying fine.

Re: Orientation using gyro
Not true. Maybe they are referring to the fact that permission must be granted before it can be used? You can test this using one of our examples: https://vtour.cloud/0cdw87ml/stve3ty6/. Turn on the gyro in the menu and you'll get an "Allow?" dialog.

Re: Possible Bug - Copy to Selected Nodes (North and Pan)
I've tested with 385 nodes, and I can't reproduce this in version 7.0.6. Pan and North are getting copied to the selected nodes every time on the first go. I've tried to select just a few nodes and a hundred nodes to copy to, and it all performed as expected. However, while testing, I often found my...
