3.1.1 O2VR branding won't hide
I ran a set of 360's for a client last week (11/22) before I upgraded. Now that I have upgraded, I can't hide the o2vr branding. I put in my license key, checked my settings, but the branding is still showing up. How do I fix this?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Photographing objects too large for a turntable
Getting a large turntable is fairly inexpensive. I built a 48" (1.25m) table for under $700 and have used it to photograph refrigerators, ovens, couches, people, etc. I added a motor to it for another $150 or so but I rarely use it.

Re: Cardboard with object2VR: is possible?
I've been thinking about this quite a bit lately. Has anyone tried setting up stereoscopic cameras, combining the images side by side, and churning it out in that manner? A full screen output properly masked in photoshop (simple action) should be able to pump these out with no issue. To get around t...

Re: Problems embedding xml
It's taken me all day but I figured it out. My skin.js and player/js were all calling from the wrong location. I figured it would be by folder but I had to change every instance when an image was called.
Thanks for the help!

Re: Problems embedding xml
I should also say that this is only happening with files with skins.

Re: Problems embedding xml
That's not really helping me much. As I said, I'm not great with coding so I don't even know what I'm looking for unless it says /images/... and is CLEARLY out of place. I uploaded the folder exactly as it comes out of O2vr and am embedding directly from there. by using src="360-product-photogr...

Problems embedding xml
I'm trying to embed a file but I'm having trouble getting the skin to load. here's my code: <h1></h1> <br> <script type="text/javascript" src="360-product-photography/CM9550/object2vr_player.js"> </script> <script type="text/javascript" src="360-product-photography...

Re: Problems in Firefox only
I went through and fixed the / problem but now these are having troubles in Chrome on Macs only. The way these are currently set up, a text box containing an iframe pops up covering the entirety of the spinning movie. There is an "x" which is used to close the text box which should allow y...

Problems in Firefox only
I'm having trouble with Firefox only. I have a product which has a popup (really an iframe that displays a second rotation). It works fine in everything except FF. It's acting like the link I give the hotspot isn't valid (displaying a 404 in FF only. This is really confusing me because others, creat...

Re: bind one image to multiple hotspots
I figured this out. The problem was that none of us were utilizing the SkinId feature in the hotspot editor or labeling our hotspot proxy styles with that ID feature either. If you leave the SkinId field blank and then leave the ID in the editor blank, the script puts out a call for the style that m...

Re: bind one image to multiple hotspots
What about just general formatting? Like I said, I'm trying to have multiple hotspot styles that are very similar and it seems like that's not a possibility any more. Simply changing the position of the proxy in the tree (in the skin editor) changes what ALL the hot spots do. Here is an example: htt...

Re: bind one image to multiple hotspots
If anyone knows the answer to this it would be extremely helpful. Right now, you can only have one style of proxy. If you want different text in the boxes, different formatting between boxes, or one hotspot to open a new image and one to have hover text, there is no good solution to my knowledge. Th...

Re: point hotspot and mobile issues
Thanks Jim, I fixed that download link. I just sort of grabbed everything in the one folder. I also checked a couple other users sites and noticed that the mobile issue of images not appearing is happening to them as well. The people want to be able to use a QR code to link to the page so I need thi...
