Solved it by updating the joomla plugin to the latest version.

I am trying to add a map using the ggpkg.ggt template panorama but just get an outline box with the message 'Map goes here. . .'

If I generate using normal.ggt the map works OK.

Is there something that I am missing?

Try surrounding the parameters with quotes:

{ggpkg file="partizany3.ggpkg" start_preview="true" display_map="true" width="640" height="480"}

It doesn't look like the plugin is working, is it enabled in the plugin manager?

Looking through my server log files I have found loads of errors like this: File does not exist: /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/var, referer: http://domain.com. . . It appears to occur on each page load and on inspection of the page source I find this line in the header: <script src="/var/...

It's a long shot but if you have set the 'download/preview' setting in the 'Advanced Setting' tab to 'Grayscale' try changing it to 'Color' or 'None'.

Try downloading the latest version of Pano2VR and regenerate the files. I had the same problem recently and this seemed to fix it.

Try setting the width to 100% in the properties for the ggpkg plugin. I have just tried it and it seems to work OK.

Tip: if you receive this error make sure there are no undercscores in the package name.

If you receive an error message about a missing xml file and you are using the 'Admin Tools' component you need to add the following line to the htaccess maker: In the field labelled: 'Allow direct access, including .php files, to these directories' add: media/ggpkg Had me guessing for a while!
