Re: WebP format for tiles storage

I was about to lounge a new topic about exporting to webp not properly working, but then I found this thread. I use this for a few months now, but every time I update the project, all tiles are fully regenerated as mentioned. I get a bit annoyed by this, so I wonder, is a fix part of the roadmap in ...

Hurray, this is by far the fastest fix following a bug report! :D

Re: [Pano2VR7] Scaling a Scroll Area using a Logic Block breaks the tour (bug?)

Great!
Although I found an easy workaround, a fix would save me a lot of time in light of the frequency it occurs.
Cheers,

[Pano2VR7] Scaling a Scroll Area using a Logic Block breaks the tour (bug?)

Hi all, Since I replaced Pano2VR7bx with the final version, the output of each virtual tour I created results in a black screen. I tracked down the cause which appears to be the Scroll Area element. It just doesn't allow scaling using a Logic Block. Once I remove the Logic Block, the tour shows the ...

Re: [Pano2VR7] Modifier Roll option or 'rotation follows gyroscope' option missing

Thank you Karyn, but the 3D distortion would result in a hotspot that would scale bigger or smaller along with zooming in or out. I would like to have it the same size overall, indepentent from zooming. Or would there be another solution to accomplish that?

Re: [Pano2VR7] Modifier Roll option or 'rotation follows gyroscope' option missing

As I didn't receive any response in over 3 years, and I still didn't manage to achieve my goal, I would like to kick this topic. I also edited the title to match the current verision. Please see the image, where the red line is the current rotation fixed with the skin images and the green line the d...

Re: Pano2VR 7 beta

Hi Karyn, thank you for the overview. I scheduled to create comprehensable reproduction scenarios of my first findings, and I will send the report as soon as it's ready. Without any details yet these are three findings so far: Point hotspots do not follow the scale percentage in their skin propertie...

Re: Pano2VR 7 beta

Hi! Right after I saw P2VR 7 beta came out, I purchased an upgrade. After watching the introduction videos I started to continue to work on a recent project. Without changing anything to the project files, I generated an output. The result showed me some unexpected differences with respect to P2VR 6...

Re: P2VR6.1.13 Doesn't start, reinstall needed every time

Thank you both for your answers. As soon as I get into the same situation, I'll try out the proposed workarounds. That brings me to the topic of which I am not sure about to discuss here. But if this happens more often to users, and it appears it does, shouldn't be there a more in depth search for a...

P2VR6.1.13 Doesn't start, reinstall needed every time

Hi folks! If I'm correct one other user once came with the exact same situation I experienced a lot the last few years. I cannot find the thread anymore, so here's mine. Every once in a while, when I open a project file *.p2vr with Pano2VR, just nothing happens. No window appears, just white space i...

Re: Request: Grouping variables into folders?

Hi Hopki, Nice tip to visually group variables by name, haven't thought about that. It would be a workaround though, as the inability of collapsing parts of the variable list kind of holds me from creating a certain kind of functionality. I want to keep track of which infobuttons have been clicked (...

Re: nodes visited display

Hi, you mean like I did in this project? https://www.okijk.nl/nieuws/voltooide-projecten/virtuele-tour-van-kraaijeveld-tailor-made-fresh-produce To see the counter, first close the thumbnail bar at the bottom. This is done by creating variables: One for each pano, with options true or false. One cou...
