Re: v6 beta 3 Suggestion/Bug
The problem occurs in Pano2VR when I am attempting to set the initial view, not in a browser. When I move to the right or left of a very wide flat panorama, the problem occurs. The picture in the link works fine for me too, but again, it's the setup screen in Pano2VR that flips when the Pan value ge...

v6 beta 3 Suggestion/Bug
If I load a very large flat pano (128,877 x 21,008) into v6 beta 3 and move the panorama to the right-most of left-most position, the picture will jump to the opposite side when the Pan view reaches 180. In other words, if I move over to the far left side, the display will jump to the far right when...

Pano2VR 6 beta animation problem?
I like the new animation feature that continues the animation if and when the picture is moved or zoomed, etc. However, after the mouse is moved (or zoomed, etc.), and depending on where the viewing point is changed, the picture moves to the far right, then continues back where the animation left of...

skin.js naming feature & skin editor
Thanks so much for adding the feature that permits a user to name the skin.js file! The feature simplifies renaming the skin.js and editing/renaming the accompanying html file when you need to keep all the files for a tour in one folder on a server. For instance, on this site, we have a single flat ...

Re: Lack of Response from Pano2VR Staff
Here's another example, but this time 3 skins and 3 skin.js files in the same folder, and as I suggest, it would be nice to be able to name them like you can name the images folder, tiles, html, etc., rather than have to rename the skin.js and alter the accompanying html file. This was really an exp...

Re: Lack of Response from Pano2VR Staff
Thanks for your response, but your answer dealt with unique names for tile folders, using $n, etc., but that wasn't my request and I do understand unique naming of tiles, etc. Maybe I wasn't clear. Please see my feature request called "Feature suggestion" which asked for the ability to uni...

Lack of Response from Pano2VR Staff
A few days ago, I posted a suggestion for the next version of Pano2VR. As yet, I have not had any acknowledgment from the Pano2VR team that the posting was even read. I see that the posting was viewed, but don't know if one of those viewers was from the Pano2VR staff. Months ago, my bug reports were...

Feature suggestion
I really like the skin editor in this new version since it allows all kinds of imaginative hotspots and features! Suggestion: in the next update, please include a feature that will allow the user to name the skin.js file, as is done for the skin images folder. In cases where all panorama files must ...

Re: Pano2VR5 Pan value bug
Thanks for your reply. I figured out a work-around for this problem today. For any wide flat pano where the error appears, say a 170 FoV, do this: Under Properties, load the pano as a cylindrical, then set the Horizontal FoV to anything less than 360--359 will do, but so will 220. The pano will then...

Pano2VR5 Pan value bug
For flat panos . . . If the Pan value is > 180 or < -180, the screen jumps to another location and the initial view cannot be set at the far right or left. The feature worked perfectly on Pano2VR4. I have pointed this bug out several times, and have never gotten a response from the Pano2VR staff--no...

Re: Are you satisfied with Developer Support?
I have posted bug notices numerous times and have NEVER received so much as an acknowledgement from the Pano2VR staff. Not even, "Thank you for your comment, etc."
