Your tour looks great on my Mac.

However, on my iPad 4 (iOS 6.1) the maps and other skin elements load but the tiles are not loading. The loading bar says “Loading... 0%”

You may need to use an ogg format file as the alternative sound file. See this User Guide. Look under Audio Settings/ Alternative File.

I checked your tour in small windows on a Mac in Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Hotspots do not flicker.
