I had the same problem and following the instructions and adding "C:" as trusted area solved the problem.

Issue with limits
This new version seems to be buggy when trying to set the limits in the viewing parameters window. When I attempt to set the left limit, the scene jumps to another location and locks both left and right.
Any ideas?

Remap question
What is the difference between using the "convert input" button, and using the "transformation output option", should I want to create cubes, say 1500x1500? Is there a reason why I would want to use one above the other? I sometimes create cubes to use with FPP, and the tranformat...

Re: Can a hotspot launch a stand-alone flat image?
It would appear that using hotspots to launch "flat" pictures is already possible - as illustrated by this crisp pano by Martin from http://www.msk360.com.ar/

Hi Thomasthomas wrote:You need the QTVR plugin included in the JAR file. Version 3.1.2 from Helmut Dersch's page http://webuser.hs-furtwangen.de/~dersch/ works for me.
How do you "install" the QTVR in the JAR file? Im also using version ptviwer 2.8 and it doesnt seem to display my .mov files?

PTviewer
Hi all
Can someone please give me instructions for using the PTviewer helper file.
I've tried:
1) creating the .mov file
2) placing the latest ptviewer.jar in the same folder
3) then creating the HTML by using the helper
But it doesnt seem to work, it brings up a screen with black dots...

upgrading from pano2QTVR to pano2VR
Will I lose the functions of pano2qtvr pro+flashpack if I upgrade to pano2vr?
Or are they 2 seperate packages?
In particular, I need the object capability which pano2vr does not have

Reducing size
Hi Dave,
Thanks for sharing your workflow.
Interesting to see you dont bother with jpg at all. I'll try that, and reduce the compression to 50,50,50,50,30,30 and see what I get.
Any more ideas .......anyone?

Quality and workflow
Hi all Im fairly new at the pano-game, but have managed to succesfully produce some fairly OK-ish panos. Id like to improve my quality versus size of my pano, sensibly, as opposed to playing around with all the different combinations of sizes, tile sizes, quality etc. My workflow is something like t...
