Main volume control not affecting video placed in skin.

Hi, Everyone-- Quick question. Hoping for a quick answer! I have an MP4 video that has sound placed in the skin of a project. I have a sound on/sound off button that allows the sound of the video to play at 100% or 0% respectively. I am manipulating the "_main" volume setting to accomplish...

Re: aligned video-patch with visible edges

That was my first thought too when I saw the edge. The source pano and patches were saved with sRGB color space embedded. The default color space in Photoshop is set to Adobe RGB but I have preferences set up to warn me when there is a mismatch and it gives me the option to use the embedded sRGB col...

Re: aligned video-patch with visible edges

Thanks for getting back to me, Hopki! It helped a lot! Following the process you documented when you created the BBQ example did not completely work for me. I found that PNG image patch edges have the same problem that the video patch edges have. See attached "PNG Patch Edges" screen captu...

Re: aligned video-patch with visible edges

Hello, Everyone! Just adding momentum to this thread... I'm experiencing the same trouble with seeing the edges of a video patch. I'm hoping someone who has had even a little success with minimizing the appearance of the patch edges would share their insights. I have included a couple screen capture...

Re: Output>Control>Keyboard - Disable Option Missing

I need to do some more troubleshooting... In trying to figure out what is going on I output the prior single node version (originally output by version 5) through Pano2VR version 6 to see if the problem was caused by the version of Pano2VR. Pinch zoom in/out works fine so that wasn't it. https://lau...

Re: Output>Control>Keyboard - Disable Option Missing

Hi, Hopki-- Pinch zoom in/out on touch screens will not work unless I use default FOV values? I had the same viewing parameter settings, 35 degrees min. and 70 degrees max., for an earlier single node version of the tour that was authored with Pano2VR version 5. Pinch zoom in/out works as expected o...

Re: Output>Control>Keyboard - Disable Option Missing

Hi, again! I was able to map the Shift and Ctrl keys to zoom in and out. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Here is the output: https://www.launchfilm.com/lakefront I apologize if my next question is documented somewhere. I tried looking before submitting yet another post... How do I now...

Re: Output>Control>Keyboard - Disable Option Missing

Hi, Hopki--

Thanks for the quick response. I wasn't aware of mapping custom keys. I'll look into that.

Since the keyboard option was in the documentation, I thought there was a problem with 6.1.2 and was considering rolling my version back to fix the issue.

Have a great day!

Output>Control>Keyboard - Disable Option Missing

Hello! In the online documentation for version 6 there is an option to disable the keyboard under "Control" in the "Output" interface. See attached. I have version 6.1.2 installed and it is missing this option. See attached. I discovered this after finding that zooming in and out...

Re: SVG files displaying as black boxes in skin editor

Hi, Tony-- I didn't create the SVGs, but I do believe they were created in Illustrator. I placed your updated versions in the skin editor and, voila! -- they work! I'll circle back to the designer who supplied the files and share what your input. Thanks so much for your help! Enjoy your weekend! Kris

Re: SVG files displaying as black boxes in skin editor

Hi, Tony-- I zipped four of the SVG files that are displaying as black boxes in the skin editor. What is strange is that when I worked on this site a month ago, the boxes displayed properly in the skin editor. Here is the first room of the tour I am building where I ran into this problem: www.launch...

SVG files displaying as black boxes in skin editor

Hello! I am currently running version 5.2.2 pro. I opened a project today that I had created a month ago and found that the SVG elements in the skin editor were now displaying as black boxes. I re-output the site and everything worked as expected--the SVG elements displayed properly. I wondered if i...

Re: Continued problems addressing multiple elements on iPad

Well, I ended up giving up on having audio narration on the HTML5 version. Judging by the lack of replies (158 views, 0 replies at the time of writing this), I'll assume no one has discovered a solid workaround. Wanting to maintain some consistency between the HTML5 and Flash versions, what I did wa...
