Changing the tiles to WebP brought the folder down to 300MB.
Better. But still...

My output folder for a 1-node project is 580 MB. Why?
I wondered why it was taking so long to upload. The output folder for a single-node project is nearly 580 MB! https://allaroundnevada.com/wp-content/vr/ghost/rhyolite/bonanzaMt1908/ The source image is an archival photograph, on which I used ON1 Resize AI to enlarge the file to 30,000 x 17,332 pixel...

Re: WordPress plugin suddently ignores "width" param
Thanks for the rapid response and the new version of the plugin.
The fix worked, but only after I disabled, and then re-enabled the plugin.
Whew!

WordPress plugin suddently ignores "width" param
While yesterday this page was displaying just fine: https://allaroundnevada.com/donner-summit/ The VR just under the first text block is set to display at width=95% And until today, it displayed as expected. But now, on all browsers, it displays as a square. I didn't change anything, but this occurs...

So true, Dave. You may be interested in taking a look at a specific page on my website exploring the Battle of Gettysburg Cyclorama. Here I provide a concise history of the role of immersive media in storytelling. Also...I made much use of Pano2VR on the site: https://battleofgettysburgcyclorama.com...

Re: Use a different domain in URL GGPKG
Thanks, Hopki.
I just returned from a long vacation, w/no laptop (a first for me).
So...now I'll see if I can get this resolved.

Re: Use a different domain in URL GGPKG
Thanks for your reply, Hopki.
You can see the issue here:
https://dronevr.allaroundnevada.com/tes ... omain-url/
No warning. The map and the toolbar load, but the opening VR seems stuck on the "loading bar."

Use a different domain in URL GGPKG
Is there a reason why I cannot seem to use a different domain when using the URL GGPG shortcode in a WordPress site? [ggpkg url='https://dronevr.allaroundnevada.com/wp-content/VR/churchPond' start_preview='false' gyro='true' width='100%' height='600'] The above code works fine. It's embedding a pano...

Re: getting stuck outputting to HTML
I don't know if this is germane...but I noted an issue if I had NOT selected an HTML output template. Take a look and be sure that you've selected "normal.ggt." I had an issue when the field was empty.

Material Index skin config
Some months ago I started a project using the “material index” skin. But now I’ve forgotten the process I used to set up the categories and nodes menu. Now I’m trying to add a new category (and its nodes) and I can’t remember how to do so. Can someone please explain, or point me to a tutorial or a w...

Preview image bug?
The latest update (v. 7.0.3) seems to have a bug in creating the "preview" image.
See the attached file.
Here's the default view from which the preview should have been created:

Thanks, Hopki.
Got it.
However... this skin always worked prior to the current build.

Re: Hotspot flickering in v. 7.0.3
I've implemented the suggested fix, so the URL I earlier posted will no longer show the flickering hotspot descriptions.
However...the skin, used with any two panos, will still demonstrate the flickering problem.

Re: Hotspot flickering in v. 7.0.3
Thanks for the work-around.
However... I hope that Hopki takes a look at this, as it will be a continuing hassle if the issue is left unresolved.
