The output will not work locally; only from a webserver. For local deployment, use Firefox with this fix:

Re: Use Gyro viewer prompt for Mobiles
Ah ha. I get it now. I've inserted the "Gyroscope Silhouette" component, and it works perfectly. https://allaroundnevada.com/wp-content/vr/nearly/gettysburg/combined/ So... NOW, do I need to go back to every pano I've authored and re-do the output using this skin element so that the gyro w...

Re: Use Gyro viewer prompt for Mobiles
Thanks, Hopki.
I understand how that works (w/the Enter VR button) for a HMD.
But... what's the process for enabling the gyro for the normal (Non-HMD) view on the phone, with the user able to animate the VR just by moving the phone.

Re: Use Gyro viewer prompt for Mobiles
There is something I'm missing. I thought that the latest P2VR player (v. 6.1.1) would automatically (on a smartphone) prompt the user to enable the gyro. But it doesn't work for me: https://allaroundnevada.com/wp-content/vr/nearly/gettysburg/combined/ I thought the the "gyro view prompt" ...

Re: Cannot choose "Player Version"
Unfortunately, when I updated to the new (2.1.0) version (through WP), the preferences were not saved. I needed to once again upload a new package in order to select a player version.

Re: Cannot choose "Player Version"
The solution:
You must download and install the plugin directly from its WordPress plugin repository page, NOT via FTP. Only then will it establish the correct permissions for its various folders.
(Thanks, Hopki!)

Re: Cannot choose "Player Version"
No luck.
Even after deleting, then re-installing the new plugin, and then uploading a new GGPKG to Media, the "Player Version" tab in the plugin's settings is still non-functional.

"enter_vr" not working properly w/WordPress plugins
Experimenting w/v.6.1 and the "enter_vr" component. I find it's not working properly with a WordPresss embed on my iPhone XS using the new p2VR GGPKG plugin. Oddly, the component seems to work better if I use the "panopress" vr plugin. Please test these examples on a smartphone: ...

Cannot choose "Player Version"
I'm trying to use the new WordPress "Garden Gnome Package" plugin to achieve the same functionality I enjoyed with the previous (ggpkg-import) plugin that allowed me to use the latest player with all my VRs on the site. But although their SHOULD be the ability to choose the player from a s...

Firefox WILL work locally if you alter a hidden setting, as described in a previous post.

Re: GGPKG WordPress pop-up issue
VERY sorry Hopki; I just now saw that you replied to this... months ago. Yes, the top pano uses your plugin, but no, it's NOT working (at least not for me on MacOS) when in full-screen mode. The pop-up works properly in the normal embedded VR, but it does not pop out, nor show a "mouse over cur...

Hmmm.
I wonder why Facebook "photospheres" (w/proper metadata) auto-rotate w/o any modifications to the iOS settings?

GGPKG WordPress pop-up issue
I believe there may be an issue with the GGPKG plug-in disabling image pop-ups when the pano is viewed full screen. I've created a WordPress page to demonstrate the problem: https://voicesfromthedawn.com/ggpkg-test/ The first pano on the page was inserted with the GGPKG plug-in (using the URL option...
