I've implemented the suggested fix, so the URL I earlier posted will no longer show the flickering hotspot descriptions.
However...the skin, used with any two panos, will still demonstrate the flickering problem.

Re: Hotspot flickering in v. 7.0.3
Thanks for the work-around.
However... I hope that Hopki takes a look at this, as it will be a continuing hassle if the issue is left unresolved.

Hotspot flickering in v. 7.0.3
basic.ggsk Potential bug in 7.0.3. This only occurred after I installed the latest build, using a skin I've deployed successfully for many project. Point hotspot mouse-over title flickers, and title persists after mouse-leave event. https://allaroundnevada.com/wp-content/vr/ely/drug/combined/ I'm a...

Thanks, Hopki.
However...I still think that one of your fab video tutorials would be helpful.

Hopki:
Perhaps a comprehensive video tutorial, covering all the different aspects of making a VR tour meet the American ADA standards (and those of other countries) would be useful to many of us.
Thank you,
Howard

Re: flickr between 'flat' pano types
My suggestion worked for me, but I used the "dissolve" transition.

Re: flickr between 'flat' pano types
In the Transitions panel, try setting "Delay Transition" to "Wait for Preview Track."
This might fix your issue.

Re: Problem with WordPress plugin using non-package panos
If you REALLY need to use Panopress (as I did on one page) you can fix the PHP issue by adding this line of code:
Code: Select all
define( 'PP_SETTINGS_TYPE', 'type' );

Re: VR: generating node images unnecessarily
The output folder is on my internal laptop SSD. (Macbook Pro 16") I wonder if the problem could be that I don't use "output" as the folder name?

"wait for preview track" with flat images
waitForPreviewTrack.jpg It seems that a tour (7.0 beta6 64bit) in which in the Output>Transitions "wait for preview track" is enabled is problematic when the transition is from an equirectangular node to a flat node. In the browser, the tour just freezes. Perhaps the "preview track&q...

VR: generating node images unnecessarily
With "VR" enabled in Web Properties (v. 7. beta 5), my project with more than 100 nodes insists on taking the time to "generate node images" each time the project is reopened, even though all VR node images have previously been generated. Even with the project opened, each new cl...

Re: Text with inset text buttons.
Thanks anyway, but I found an easier way to accomplish what I wanted by incorporating the text into the VR image, and then making custom hotspots for each highlighted word.

Re: Text with inset text buttons.
The problem is that the paragraph includes four different words that each require a (different) action. While the CSS would easily make each of the words red, I would need a way to make them each trigger a different action.
Thanks!
Thanks!
