i don't get the hotspot to work in flash

the hotspots are on the girl and the boy whit red hair

i to got a big problem whit the hotpsot in flash.

i have a put a hotpsot on the guy whit red hair and the only girl. but it wont open a new windows(its like i dont have hs on)
