....well, here are the settings I've found work best.
Settings: pan=45 tilt=45 fov=45
Don't know how or why, but they give the best results for single/flat images.

Greetings, I struggled with this as well. If you place your .swf files neatly within folders/sub folders on you site [as I do] seems the controller.swf must be placed in the root directory on the server [where your index.html is found] for it to be included. That's the only way I got it to work. Hop...
