Re: A new gadget to run panos in a loop

Hi Nice tool. What will be the cost to use it individually for a site Will it be possible in the future to still maintain the interactivity within the 360 or is this not possible Regards Zap, for testing purposes I'm providing this version free of charge. We will continue working on the gadget to m...

A new gadget to run panos in a loop

We are developing a small gadget named "360panogallery" to run (unattended) Pano2vr panos in a continuous loop. This is a common request from customers when they need to run our panos in a showroom. Please visit this url to test the gadget --> http://www.360panotours.com/360panogallery.htm...

Stu, I like your approach including people, even if they appear blurred. What lens are you using?

Also, a GREAT skin.

Re: photomontage into a panorama

You can use the Patch tool within Pano2VR to do this. The patches can be placed anywhere and you get a nice rectilinear projection and the patch tool also supports alpha blending. Thanks Thomas. Your suggestion can be used to do very simple montages. To do things with volume, unfortunately you need...

Re: photomontage into a panorama

Thanks huma@no.id !!! I used that approach last week and works fine, but needed the help of an architect friend that knows using 3DS Max. See the result here http://demo.360panotours.com/montaje.html (click the eye button and a building montage will be shown). I was wondering if there is a simpler w...

Re: photomontage into a panorama

Thanks Hopki. I already tried that aproach, but with tall things like buildings, if the building are crossing the boundaries of one of the cubes to the top cube, things get very complicated. In addition to that issue, if you are standing close to a tall building, you need anyway to simulate the prop...

Re: photomontage into a panorama

Thanks Dave. This is very similar to what my customer needs, but I need the simulated building moving along/inside with the current terrain 360 pano. Also, the perspective of the building volume should match from the point of view of the tripod when making the landscape pictures. So basically I thin...

Re: FILE PATH FOR HOTSPOT

Elizba, you should manage the complete tour from the first panorama's skin. The first pano's skin remains in control, so when you use "Open Next panorama .... xxx/pano.swf" from the second pano's skin that will not work. To load a new pano with its own new skin in control, you need to call...

Re: is targeting $n possible?

You can edit the "User Data" fields of your pano and use the values entered into the skin editor. For example, if you fill the Comment field with "abc.swf", then you can use the placeholder $uo inside the skin and will be converted to "abc.swf" at run time. For a list o...
