Using Pano2vr Pro v 4.5.3, my zoom in and out buttons do not work on ipad and android devices. All buttons work on non-touch devices. Any ideas what this could be...?

Re: seam in cylindrical pano
I just re-checked the original image. Usually I do quick image checks in a viewer, where the white artifact did not show. Now I checked it in Photoshop and the little white artifact next to the edge is indeed on the original image. To check the vertical line above the white artifact, I cropped left ...

seam in cylindrical pano
Using Pano2VR pro v4.5.3
A thin partial vertical seam is visible near the top of this cylinder: http://ddi.ms/
There is a little white vertical artifact just after 1@ddi.ms and a thin vertical line above it (see picture below)
Is there something I can do to prevent this?

Thanks Hopki, That is not too bad and also allows for a slightly different skin, for instance mouse-over effects on thumbs images, etc.

old feature request - extra invert control switch
Sorry for bringing this up again, but it would be so nice to have an extra switch in html5 - Advanced>Control>mouse>invert control. The extra switch would either make invert control work like an inverted Flash: click & drag - continue moving as long as mouse button is held down, or the Google wa...

Re: Pano2vr v4.5.3 and Chrome interaction bug?
Ok, that explains it. But how does one enable mouse zoom in the automatically generated Flash file? This seems to be set inside the flash file and I do not know how to edit that. It is not disabled in the xml file as far as I can see.

Re: Pano2vr v4.5.3 and Chrome interaction bug?
Well, here is a random Flash example that zooms in normal view and in fullscreen: http://www.sphericalpanoramas.com/josh_alyssa_wedding/
At least on my Windows PC it zooms in Normal view Chrome. Safari has been discontinued for PC, so not testing that anymore.

Pano2vr v4.5.3 and Chrome interaction bug?
In Chrome the scrollwheel does not zoom when using the automatically generated (empty) flash file. In fullscreen the scrollwheel DOES zoom. In Firefox, the scrollwheel zooms both in and out of fullscreen. When using html5 in Chrome and Firefox, the scrollwheel zooms in and out of fullscreen. Here is...

html5: skin variant for mouse and touch?
Skin editor v2 is a great milestone and with the continuing Flash security problems, I am tempted to do everything in html5. The advanced>"Do not use in html5/Flash" makes it a little easier to use one skin for flash and html5. But how to distinguish between html5 use with touch or mouse? ...

Re: STILL confused about cube face and tile size
Jim, thanks for your patience clarifying things. Before there was multiresolution, I understood what the cube face setting (on the settings tab) was meant for, but with multiresolution, its purpose and how it relates to the multiresolution settings escapes me, except for the display fov mode which i...

STILL confused about cube face and tile size
Having viewed the video tutorials, read the wiki and Jim Watters' many helpful posts on the subject, I am now generating all panos in Multiresolution only, using only html5, with flash fallback player. My equirects are usually 8000x4000 and in the multiresolution tab I have been using level tile siz...

Re: v4.0 problem?
Hopki,
Any progress with the html5 problem? If I need to re-install the previous version of Pano2vr (in a separate directory) does that cause any problems with registry settings regarding the current version?

Re: v4.0 problem?
Hi Hopki, Thanks for looking into this. As mentioned, the project was originally done with the previous version of Pano2vr, before there was a html5 multi-resolution tab, just a mobile tab. I did not use multi-resolution on the Flash version. Things were working smoothly, so I saw no need to change ...

v4.0 problem?
Two months ago I made a cylindrical pano as index page for a friend: http://douglasbrianmartin.com/ When I view it on Safari or Firefox with flash disabled on Windows, it looks the same as the flash version. Today I was asked to add some rotation, so I opened the project in Pano2VR 4.0 and added rot...

Re: text windows in pano and search engines
It is good to see that google actually crawls more than what the sitemap includes. On my own website I have lots of links in subdirectories and those do not get included when generating a sitemap. I have no idea if a button link in a pano2vr panorama is "seen" by the crawlers. It would be ...
