Re: Publish to Facebook

Hi folks: hopefully this is on topic... :) I created a pretty detailed walkthrough for posting pano content to Facebook; It goes through all the proper steps, including how to link to a thumbnail to appear alongside the post, plus discusses the "Open Graph" tags you'll want to use (which F...

Re: Sprites and things

Your test HTML template works fine in Pano2QTVR. Brilliant! Although I already told you this, I'm repeating myself for the benefit of other folks interested in this thread. Take a look at http://lochorama.com/spincontrol_mike.html which contains a few remarks concerning hotspot labels, together wit...

HTML template (full screen & spinControl)

Hi folks:

For anyone interested, I've created an HTML template which you can use to have Pano2QTVR output a full screen page for use with spinControl:VR, an optional audio file & QTVR (of course :P).

Enjoy!

Patrick

Hey Hoyle: Using Kioskmode will keep the casual users from downloading your movies for nefarious purposes. You can further protect your movies using DeliVRator (and a whole lot more), but again, it ultimately only keeps the honest folks out. With various QTParser scripts and other server shenanigans...

Hi Mike:

I sent you an email with an example/test HTML template for use in P2Q -- be sure to let me know how it works for you!

Patience?

Psshhh... Patience is for wussies. :-P Andras, you beat me to the punch on that one; Alas, I was in an 18+ hour shoot (not my choice), so couldn't get to the wireless connection to say 'hey!'. Talk about patience. Thomas: Because of this shoot, I've scratched the surface of Object creation via P2Q -...

Thanks Smooth & Thomas -- Ha, yes, it's getting to be more and more... For me, and my _stellar_ organization skills it can quickly turn into pandemonium. :P At least for how I work, keeping source and .pqp files in one directory, while allowing for output to another directory is preferable. Now ...

I see... So then, if I set the "base" path to the path where I want to save everything, that should work..? Even if my source filese are elsewhere...? I don't know how other folks work, but I usually keep all my source files in one place, and export my "live" files for the Web in...

exporting HTML

Hey there: I'm running WinXP Pro via Parallels, on my Macbook. I am using input image files which are located on the WinXP desktop. I am exporting to a "shared folder" which is on the Macbook. The sharing operates as if over the network. When I export HTML files from P2Q, it includes all t...

I'm sometimes receiving this error, too.

It seems to only happen at first creation of the movie, and on larger window sizes (1000 x 800 in my case).

It's sporadic, for me though (I can't faithfully reproduce it).

Pano12.dll?

Hi all: Sorry if slightly off-topic. I've just recently begun using Windows ( ), a la my Macbook & Parallels. My workflow has been totally Mac until now. :) At any rate, could someone point me to a download for the Pano12.dll? In watching P2Q export, I notice it keeps looking for that fi...
