Thumbnail menu - intially hide if small screen
Hello, I have a few components in my skin, with exposed variables which give the option to display the component "open" when first loaded. For example, the standard thumbnail menus can be configured to start the tour in an "open" state. However, what I'd like to have is: start th...

svg + text with background colour
Hi there, Using the skin editor, I've placed an svg element, just before some text, with the text automatically expanding as needed. I'd like both elements to have the same background colour. I'm styling the background colour using a container - either a draw container or a rectangle component, howe...

Skin editor crashing on Linux + Wine
Hi Support, Using the latest Linux Mint (20.3, XFCE variant) and the latest Wine (7.0), Pano2VR (6.1.14) crashes as soon as I try to add any component to the skin editor's canvas. Only just purchased Pano2VR and after building a tour, today I was going to work on creating a new skin. Initially this ...

Re: Nadir being blurred?
My apologies Hopki, After re-tracing my steps, I realised the mistake was mine. I thought it could be a z-index issue with the cover blur and patch image .... then discovered I couldn't change the order of the two elements in the list view. It finally dawned on me, I had originally used an Image com...

Re: Nadir being blurred?
Quick update - I've tried various nadirs, the below my most recent attempt, but the nadir logo is always removed. This attempt; no border, plan white background. This is "as seen" on the Pano2Vr local host: ... and after being uploaded to Google Street View: google-street.jpg Any idea what...

Nadir being blurred?
Hi there, Just started experimenting with Pano2VR and Google Street View. My initial project was successfully uploaded. I had applied a blurred cover patch, then overlaid a smaller nadir patch image for my company. Following hints from the webinar, the nadir was simple, fov of 30, black border, whit...

Re: Standard VT to Google Street View
Unfortunately, I still haven't found a definitive answer for this. When shooting a Google Virtual Tour for building interiors, is it necessary to shoot a pano every 1 meter? Or will Google allow uploads of tours, which contain panos much further apart (E.g. a pano for each room)? Many thanks for any...

Re: Standard VT to Google Street View
Hi - looking at the webinar you suggested: https://ggnome.com/gg_webinars/build-a-single-project-for-street-view-and-html5-outputs/ ... the spins were in each room, distant from each other. However, whilst researching, I've seen comments saying each spin has to be around 1 meter apart - otherwise Go...

Re: Standard VT to Google Street View
Hi Hopki - I watched a few Pano2VR webinars for Street View, but didn't spot this one.
Thanks, I'll take a look.

Standard VT to Google Street View
Hi there, Generally, how difficult is it to convert a standard Pano2VR tour to also output to a Google Street View? Are these two types of tours happy bedfellows within the same project, or is it recommended having two separate projects? Secondly, say a standard virtual tour is a local pub with one ...

Re: Google Street View - billing
Hi Hopki - thanks for getting back to me. Reason I ask, is the pricing information found on: https://mapsplatform.google.com/pricing ... and I thought the prices were referring to the number of times the "uploaded" virtual tour was viewed. However, after listening to a couple of your Googl...

Google Street View - billing
Hi there, With Google Street Views, there's a cost involved with the API (cost per x views). I was wondering how virtual tour businesses typically deal with this variable cost? Through Pano2VR, if you upload a customer's Street View via your own Google account, and it gets a lot of traffic, the VT b...
