Re: Panorama Lock for Pano2VR pro

So, after some playing and digging and head scratching, I think I figured it out on a test tour. I set this up to trigger the lock when someone hits a node that has an altitude - $(alt) - above 5600 meters. When they try to go there, they get the blank.png and the keypad lock (with a reset button), ...

Re: Panorama Lock for Pano2VR pro

Hi everyone, Trying to figure out how to PW lock a selection of panoramas in my tour, and restrict them by a certain variable. After thinking on it a while, for this tour (Everest), it makes most sense to me to restrict the "locked" panoramas based on altitude. (In short, I have paid subsc...

Re: Image URLs being renamed/appended

Seems I might have found the culprit in the skin.js code: me._ht_image.onclick=function (e) { skin._popup_image.ggText=player.getBasePath()+""+me.hotspot.url; skin._popup_image.ggSubElement.style.width = '0px'; skin._popup_image.ggSubElement.style.height = '0px'; skin._popup_image.ggSubEle...

Re: Image URLs being renamed/appended

I'm going a bit crazy with this issue, and hoping someone has a suggestion as to what is going on. I have scoured the forums, watched webinars, changed skin variables and actions using $(r)$(hu) and more, and still get the same result over and over: the browser, player, WP, or some evil being (or mo...

Image URLs being renamed/appended

OK, I solved my first issue, but now have a new and frustrating one: When I upload my tour, it is now working fine, EXCEPT when rendered the images in all my image popups - which are pulled from my photo site - have the WP base url appended to them. What's very weird though is the index.html and the...

Re: "Error loading panorama XML"

Me again. Perhaps have found the issue - maybe, maybe not. I initially started this project with Pano2vr light/regular, and used the instructions here (https://ggnome.com/doc/hotspots-link-pano/) to create a multi-node tour using that program. I then upgraded to Pro, but was using the same project f...

Re: "Error loading panorama XML"

Just did a quick test to see if it was the skin causing a problem. I created a simple, single-node tour, applied the same skin, created ggpkg and uploaded using the widget, and no problem - every element worked fine. So, something deeper seems to be amiss.

Re: "Error loading panorama XML"

Hi Hopki, Not sure what you mean for filename, so here's some options: - Project filename: Everest Tour.p2vr - GGPKG filename: VirtualMountEverest.ggpkg - xml filename: TD-EV19-00222-00244 PTGUI Panorama_equi.xml Let me know if you need something different. No special characters in any of the filena...

Re: "Error loading panorama XML"

OK, I ruled out the spaces issue noted in my last post by doing the reverse to the "light_painting.ggpkg" test file Hopki shared in another post. When changing the files in the ggpkg file to have spaces in the file names (xml and tiles reference folder) it still worked just fine. So, there...

Re: "Error loading panorama XML"

Still working on this, and wondering if the issue could stem from having spaces in some of the node image filenames? For example, the master node has a filename of "TD-EV19-00222-00244 PTGUI Panorama_equi.tif". That in turn gets populated to the tiles folder in output, and then of course t...

Re: "Error loading panorama XML"

Another update: I just checked both the local and server-side xml files and index files, and they both are exact matches, so that seems to rule out some syntax change while uploading, leading me to believe there must be an issue with the export of the xml data somehow, somewhere.

Re: "Error loading panorama XML"

Hi again, all, So, I have now uploaded the fill tour multiple times, in multiple ways (FileZilla, Cpanel/File Manager) and with external xml and embedded xml, and with embedded xml and an external in the folder, too, just in case. The result is the same over and over: "Error loading panoramal x...

"Error loading panorama XML"

Hi all, I can't figure out what is wrong here, but after many and varied attempts to get my mutli-node tour onto Wordpress, I keep getting the error "Error loading panorama XML." There is no additional information, and no way I can see to decipher what might be wrong. Getting kind of despe...

Re: Action to show/hide polygon hotspots

OK, figured out a way to make it work by adding a second button (two really) to hide/show polygons, stacking them in the skin, and using logic blocks and visibility settings per this post: viewtopic.php?t=11409

Thanks, Hopki!
