Re: control visibility of pinned image

Well, I take it all back. This thread has been haunting me, thinking there's a better way. And I just found this post from Hopki, which led me to (ahem) this part of the manual , and about 2 minutes later, I had built this version that works just as well, and which requires one-tenth the pain and ef...

Re: control visibility of pinned image

I got it to work (sample here ), but it took a little effort: - make an image patch over the neon section, extract, add the neon effect onto the patch in Photoshop - bring the updated patch into Pano2VR **CONVERT AS A HOTSPOT*** (this is critical) [I can't figure out how to get a pinned image to res...

Re: Import a video inside the virtual tour (not as a pop-up) from an URL

if I understand the question, you can do this with a skin, using hotspots and a video frame (made in the SKIN) that links to a youTube URL. The trick is that you can't visually match up the sizing/corners of the video into your scene, so there is some trial and error to get it sized how you want it....

Re: Virtual Open Day for Conservatorium Maastricht

A very useful tour for prospective students! The video files weren't loading fast enough, and kept hanging.... I downloaded one of the files (1 - About Maastricht.mp4) and found it was 119MB, around 20 Mbps, which is waaaay too data-heavy, in my opinion, for an online venue. I re-compressed that vid...

Re: Can pano2vr support the conversion of little planet images to equirectangular?

Maybe a bit of a hack, but this seemed close: In Photoshop: Filter --> Distort --> Polar Coordinates... Change the default "rectangular to polar" to "polar to rectangular" A quick test got me pretty close. The horizons were pretty messy, but I think [maybe? possibly?] it's something that could be wo...

Re: Transparent BG when Pano2VR output used as iframe?

Thanks Hopki. Your webinars have been fantastic, by the way, thanks for those.

If you have time, would you please address how to change the color in the webinar?
What about putting an image in the background? Just a little texture can go a long way.....

Thanks again

Transparent BG when Pano2VR output used as iframe?

Here's an example website I just made which shows what I'm up to. And here are the project files . I am building two project files: #1: A main panorama project #2: A second "popup" project with flat images that open as iframes over the panorama (The output of #2 is renamed to "popup" and placed in t...
