It was the package viewer not displaying pdf's, the desktop app doesn't play sound on video.

Slight apology though as i've got it working in the package viewer...i was running v13 and noticed an update to v14 and now it all works! I appreciate you looking into this, feel a bit stupid

Thanks for getting back. I've tried everything in that thread previously, i either get the empty black box where it can't find the pdf or a request to download it which isnt useful. I need to show a tour on a large touchscreen natively using the package viewer which has PDF's in.

I can get them to work through the output folder route through browser but they don't work in the package viewer. Can this be done?

I've been searching but can't find much info on whether a pano tour can be used on a large touchscreen? It will run either windows 7 or 10, large hired touchscreen on an exhibition stand.
