Re: Second Map
Hi, If I am understanding you correctly, yes this function is possible. I've recently worked on a project where I had pins all over a city, and then a concentration of pins in a smaller area. I did this by utilizing tags and variables that work together that tell the map marker when it should be vis...

Re: Opacity of pinned images and videos
That is such a good idea using a PNG with transparency. Didn't even cross my mind.

Re: Opacity of pinned images and videos
Hi Greg, I messed around with it for about an hour and couldn't figure out a solution. I can see that pinned videos and images are found in the XML file after it is exported, but nothing I tried worked. I am not an expert at computer science so there may be a way, it's just beyond my understanding r...

Re: How to Remove Close Button in the Start of Map Screen
Can you share your skin file? I've never had something like this occur where an element will appear without first being created. It's too hard to give advice or understand what is happening just by looking at it.

Re: Scrollbar appearance
I dove into your question a bit and I think I have found a solution. It involves jumping into the exported skin.js file, finding the scroll area element, and then changing the position from right to left. After finding the correct element, making the change, and uploading, the scrollbar was now on t...

Re: Playing with 360 video
Hey Michael, Unfortunately there is not a one size fits all answer for something like this. For me it's really dependent on the style of the website as well as what is being shown in the video to determine the skin's style. Styles change from project to project but I tend to keep the same functional...

Re: Public Art Tour
Hey Hopki, Thank you so much for the notes. I really appreciate the nitpicking suggestions as it causes me to think in a different way. As I continue to produce new tours I am always thinking about what I can do differently from a functional and a creative standpoint to grow as a developer. Hearing ...

Re: Pano2VR and Virtual Escape Room, loud thinking
Hey Michael, I have experience with creating a video game using Pano2vr. In it, there were different characters from different jobs like a chef and a firefighter, and objects that these characters would use in their daily jobs, so like an oven and a firetruck. You would click on the objects to learn...

Public Art Tour
Hello everyone, I have recently finished up a project that takes you to all of the public art installations around my community. I added features such as a map, audio, navigation list, and more for a seamless user experience. It has been formatted for mobile devices as well as desktop. It took longe...

Re: Trying to incorporate a 3D model into a pano tour
Hey DMcKinney, I have some experience with 3D models in tours. I used this model viewer developer page (https://modelviewer.dev/) to create html pages that I could use for iframes within tours. You can make interactive clickable hotspots in the editor for information to pop up within the iframe, but...

Re: Cloner with "Auto Size": does not respect translated languages
Hey Iveerde, If I were in this situation, a workaround that I would try would be to have 3 separate menus, each with only one of the three languages, and then set a visibility logic block that activates based on what language is being used. It is not the most elegant solution, but it will guarantee ...

Re: Text hidden in cloned hotspot
Hey Jake, Do some dummy checking on your hotspot. Instead of trying to use $(hd) to populate the text field, use some random text in the text field to see if even that will come up. Also, try using the 1999 hotspot with the 2001 info to see if that works. It's just a matter of trying to isolate all ...

Re: Map not work correctly
Hey IavAzza, My first thought is to try putting the same actions of your map button with the actions of your fullscreen button. Since the map button is working properly, maybe combining them will make it work. Also, try switching the actions for full screen and the map. Actions are sequential and tu...

Re: 360 Videos not playing on mobile
Hopki you've done it again. Looking at past projects that have worked, the resolutions have been 3840 x 1920. I spent a whole day trying to figure out why the videos were not working and completely overlooked this. Thank you so much for the help.

Re: 360 Videos not playing on mobile
I am using a Samsung Galaxy S9+ with Google Chrome for the browser. My coworker has an Iphone 6 and was using Safari for his browser. Other tours that utilize 360 video work just fine though. After trying to make this newest tour exactly like an older tour with its settings, they are identical but i...
