Re: Visit website button on info popup
Hey Adam, I cannot tell for sure what everything corresponds to on your screen as for what ht_info looks like or how you are using it in your tour, I'll just say this. If you are wanting to have the button that says "Visit Website" take you to an external site, heres what I would do. I assume that "...

Circular mask/container
I was wondering if there is a way to make containers circular. This is because I was wanting to create a mask that when you hover over it, an image of the next node shows up. I am basically trying to recreate what's in this tour. https://www.tuur.ee/tuurid/seesam/ I have been able to recreate it eas...

Re: standard hotspot vs component/skin hotspot
Hey wking, To be completely honest, I am the wrong person to give guidance on using iframes because I don't use them and I hate them. The reason being is that I find them confusing and never work on the first try, I always have to tinker with them and waste time when I could be working on something ...

Re: issue with $(cur) and north offset
Hey Frey, When you say that the 'North' is not equal for your nodes, do you want them to be equal so that you can walk along in a straight line and not be turned? if so, hold the 'N' Key to change north for whatever node you are on. You will probably have to go through each node separately to change...

Re: standard hotspot vs component/skin hotspot
Hey wking, This is perfect how you described it. For the first part of your question, you are confusing Pano. Because you are placing the Video Popup Silhouette in the skin, it is probably naming itself as ht_node. This is expected but super easy to work around so that you can have a hotspot for a '...

Re: Introvideo
Hey Spruenki, Looking at your project, I couldn't find that youtube video anywhere in the code of your website. The only video I found pertaining to your intro was called "media/Film.mp4". I would guess that the reason the video is not playing as an uploaded video is because you didn't include it in...

Re: standard hotspot vs component/skin hotspot
Hey wking, 1. Not sure exactly what you are asking. You can create multiple hotspots in the skin that can be changed based on what kind of media you are showing, like having a hotspot used for video and another used for touring if that is what you are asking. I don't think I am understanding your qu...

Re: GIF as an external image
Hey Hopki,
Thanks for letting me know it was possible, turns out I just hadn't set the folder as an asset which is why nothing was showing up.
So whoops...
Thanks,
Spencer

GIF as an external image
Hello everyone, I was wondering if it was possible to use a GIF as an external image. I have done some digging but have not found a yes or no answer anywhere yet so I thought I'd ask here. Basically, I have had a button that you press and a PNG comes up, this has been no problem , but is it possible...

Re: Hide image at tour start
Hey Ich, I was going to say that you shouldn't be needing to have that action to control the visibility of an element, but then I remembered how embedded pictures in a tour can be tricky. Of course Ideally you would have a true/false variable dictating what media is shown but as far as I know you ca...

Re: Looking for a tips
Hey Julien, They are not using polygon hotspots, they are using the same method I mentioned earlier. As it shows in the screenshot with the glovebox open, the clickable area is a box. When the glovebox hotspot is clicked, the hidden box is then enabled and able to be clicked well outside of the imag...

Re: Hide image at tour start
Hey Ich,
When do you want the embedded image to be shown? is it after you click on something or move into a certain frame or what? Knowing this would help a lot with figuring out how to get you the result you're looking for.

Re: Does anyone have a purchase tip for a 360º camera?
Hey Christoph,
I only have experience using one camera and that is the "Insta360 Pro 2". It is a professional grade camera that my company rents out but it has been discussed that we may buy one. Other than that, I do not know about other cameras or how they compare to one another, sorry.

Re: Visit counter
Hey CliClaqeux, The best way to do this is to use 'Google Analytics' which may seem complicated at first but is pretty simple. watch the tutorial video made by Pano and just follow along. I know you don't know english but you should be able to follow along with what is being done on screen. On the P...
