Thanks Hopki, it was indeed a skin issue. I had a timer event set to watch for 60 sec. of inactivity, then jump to the intro scene. Reducing the physical size of the timer to 1x1 pixels and positioning it offscreen fixed the issue.

My panoramic seems to have issues when scaling the browser window to less than 100%. Visually it looks fine, but rotation freezes and hotspots on the left and rightmost screen space cease to function. The HTML output settings are set to 1280x720, my monitor is 1920x1080. Is there a way I can hide video file playback controls completely, as they do when the mouse rolls off the video area (or times out from inactivity) during playback? The videos I'm showing loop until closed with no audio, so there's no need to show the slider bar, volume controls, fullscreen button,...

If I might add a feature request....if the audio level of a pinned could be defined in pinned and fullscreen states, so the volume ramps up as it goes fullscreen and then reduces (with the video still playing) when pinned?

Hello all,

I've pinned an MP4 video that auto-starts and loops indefinitely. When clicked, it zooms fullscreen as intended but when returning to the pinned position it goes black, does not continue to play. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
