Hi DWaters,
vh stands for viewport height, so if you enter 100vh the tour should scale to the height of the screen it's viewed on. This will make it responsive for different viewport sizes.

Wil

Re: WordPress plugin?
Hi Tim, Apologies for not getting back to you sooner, I can't believe a month has gone by since I last logged in! You asked: 'In the shortcode, what ID is the package looking for-- the Node ID within Pano2VR?' So, for example, the shortcode would be something like [ggpkg id=145]. The id is what Word...

Re: WordPress plugin?
Hi Tim, There are a couple of ways you can get around the max upload filesize issue. If you use cPanel on your hosting server this post here shows you how to change the settings: https://kinsta.com/blog/wordpress-maximum-upload-file-size/ If you're not using cPanel but still have server access you c...

BUG in Mobile Chrome Tour
Hi all, I seem to have come across a bug when using Chrome on mobile to view a tour. The first issue is the tour does not open to the default view, which should be looking down the inside of the motorhome from the cab to the back. The second issue is when first opened, you cannot move the tour with ...

Re: WordPress plugin?
Hi tymzee, When you've created the ggpkg file you need to navigate to the Media tab (see attached) in your WordPress install and click on Add New . Once there you can either drag and drop the ggpkg file into the main window or click Select Files to navigate to the file on your hard drive. Keep an ey...

Re: WordPress plugin?
You should be OK no matter the host, it's WordPress.com sites where I don't believe the plugin will work. I use the plugin on several sites that I host with no issue.

Google Street View Enhanced Tour
Hi, I've seen lots of companies offering an 'Enhanced Google Tour' option, which appears to be adding an overlay skin with interactive menu and hotspots. TourDash and GoThru seem to be two of the most popular tools for adding this overlay, which adds the interactivity to the Google Tour. The overlay...

Re: Aligning menu buttons after editing
Hopki you're a star! I knew the solution would be something simple, just needed to know where to look :) After I posted this I pored over some other posts and saw one where you mentioned the skins that come with Pano2vr have complex settings applied. I created a copy of a skin and edited that, howev...

Aligning menu buttons after editing
Hi, I'm really hoping someone can help me with this, as it should be so simple, yet I'm clearly missing something. I've watched the 'Introduction to the Skin Editor' video multiple times, and yet the process of aligning the menu buttons eludes me. All I want to do is remove the projection_buttons fo...

Hi Hopki,
Were you able to replicate this in the end? Any suggestions as to what may be causing it?
Many thanks

Re: Video overlay on TV's display issue on mobile
Hi Hopki,
I'm using a OnePlus 5 mobile and have tested on both Chrome and Brave browsers, the issue occurs on both. I haven't had any issue on desktop.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Kind regards
Wil

Video overlay on TV's display issue on mobile
Hi, I've created a test tour to check out the features and am experiencing an issue with video overlays on TV's when viewed on mobile. The pinned videos display correctly when viewed on desktop but it looks to be a scaling issue when using a smaller mobile screen. The video looks to be scaling to 4:...
