Thanks Hopki I appreciate your quick response. After going back and forth several times between the video tutorial for the patch tool and my equirectangular pano, I accomplished the editing of the nadir that I wanted to do. I will use the patch tool from now on. Thanks again I will have many more pa...

Or should I open the two folders, select the individual files from each folder and copy the individual files to...

Advantages and disadvantages of outputting to HTML?
What are the advantages and disadvantages of outputting to HTML compared to quicktime VR and shockwave flash formats? One advantage that I know of is outputting to mobile devices that don't support flash. I'm asking this question for my own basic knowledge. Thank you very much in advance. John Blake

Re: What does this icon mean
No it isn't in the skin. It's in the .swf file.
The skin has the oval with the crosshairs that was created when double clicking to create the point hotspot.

Re: What does this icon mean
My guess is that the blue icon means a broken link between the opening panos and the other panos. Making a change in the viewing parameters of the opening pano broke this link. I don't know why deleting the hotspots in the opening pano and recreating them still gave me the blue icon. Still learning ...

What does this icon mean
Background To learn about hotspots I created a small virtual tour between three panoramas. There are hotspots from the opening pano to two other panos. I have hotspots in the non opening panos to get back to the opening pano. Everything was working fine until I changed the viewing limits on the open...

error message when creating an area hotspot
I'm following the tutorials to learn how to link panoramas with hot spots.
When I click on the enable area hotspots check box to create my first hot spot, I get the error message "maximum images size exceeded" and I can't go any farther.
What do I need to change?
Thanks in advance
John

blank window when creating flash pano
Within the last week I get a blank window when I create a flash panorama. I have never had this problem before. The html and quicktime panoramas output just fine. I re-installed Mac version 3.0. I trashed the preferences and re-opened with new preferences and got the same results. I'm using MAC OS 1...
