Re: Call for Tours!
I put together a collection of nice locations from my google Streetview profile. Any pointers and ideas on how to improve would be very much appreciated, likewise, if anybody has any issues with things not working, etc id like to hear about it. Sorry about the terrible resolution of the Panos. If I ...

Re: mobile design requires touch to engage
Thanks for getting back to me on this.
I had not considered the fact that laptops also increasingly have touch screens these days. Good to keep in mind.
Thanks for the help on this, much appreciated!

mobile design requires touch to engage
Hi all, I have a separate mobile UI for my tour, which uses the "has touch" function in the logic block to show/hide the various elements. (my understanding is that is now the proper way to do it) All working as expected, but it seems to require an initial touch to engage when starting the...

Re: Safari Bug?
Personally I find that development for mobile is not just a case of taking a desktop skin and scaling everything to fit but often requires a rethink of the design of the UI specifically for those devices I couldn't agree more, Tony I have been preaching this since I began working with Pano2vr. Almo...

Re: Safari Bug?
I realise what your saying Tony, but I think the figures your giving are a rather self selecting sample (not sure if that’s the right phrase, I’m certainly not a statistician ). Both of those examples, w3 and your website (which is a fantastic resource by the way, can’t understate how much I, a...

Re: Safari Bug?
Thanks, Tony, appreciate you having a look for me. Not the answer I was hoping for but suspected that might be the case. Hopki, do we have any ideas on how long this might be until we get a fix? I don't think this was an issue with previous versions. I realise these things happen and are par for the...

Thanks for the reply, Tony.
Im not completely sure I know what you mean by "project"
I have attached (I think) the project file, and the skin.
If these are not what you meant then please do let me know what else to upload and how.
Thanks for your help, much appreciated

Re: Safari Bug?
Can I get some help with this issue?
Am I the only one experiencing this in safari?
Im finding that all hotspots are overlapping other elements.
This is a huge issue that's preventing me from delivering work to clients

Re: JPG output quality test...
Surprisingly, I don't see too much of a difference, only in the compression on blue the blue sky. I expected to see much more difference right off the bat. Of course, there is a difference, but for the average client/end-user, I think these examples would be all but indistinguishable from each other...

Safari Bug?
So I am in the final stages of testing a tour and have come across something ive not seen before. I am using hotspots to create flag style navigation from the start pano, everything works as expected in Chrome, but in safari, the hotspot content is sitting above the intro video and menu. It looks li...

Re: Pinned Image Hotspot Glitch
This is the same problem that I am getting, I posted a question about this last week and have had no reply.
I really need a solution for this as soon as possible.

hotspot auto-hiding
Hi all, I have noticed in the most recent version that hotspots become disabled/not visible when they are not in view. Is there any way to disable this. I use hotspots with skin elements to create content that uses 3d distortion to line up with geometry in the scene (like having info projected onto ...

Re: Tab + Enter tour control
Thanks for the reply, The keyboard mapping is very useful, the problem we have is that for people with disabilities, often they are restricted to fewer keys, or a switch style controller than can only drive the tab and enter keys. It also helps that it is consistent with the way other web pages work...

Re: Tab + Enter tour control
Thanks very much for the quick reply Tony I am familiar with keyboard mapping and can map a single function/button to tab, but can't achieve the tab cycle behaviour. It's surprising this isn't being requested more, the ability to control a tour with tab+enter is a requirement for many educational an...
