Re: Washed out colors in WebXR using Safari on the Apple Vision Pro
Thanks. Is there a way for me to edit the output from Pano2VR to workaround the problem?

Washed out colors in WebXR using Safari on the Apple Vision Pro
Trying to test a Pano2VR tour using the WebXR features of Safari on Vision Pro. The colors of the objects in the scene when viewed in the normal Safari window look correct. Upon entering immersive mode all the colors are washed out. I've read reports of this issue elsewhere on the web with no cause ...

Re: Error when uploading to Google Street View
I deleted the tour on Street View and uploaded it again without error. Apparently this was a transient problem with Street View. I'll let you know if it happens again.

Re: Error when uploading to Google Street View
Pano2VR does not display the name of the pano it is uploading when the error occurs. If I delete the panos on Street View and reupload the project a different subset will succeed and fail. The files were output from Stereophotomaker. I can provide them if you can test yourself for debugging purposes...

Re: Error when uploading to Google Street View
Hi. Sorry. Didn't realize it should have been posted in a special place.
I am not using my own API key. Yes. It happens each time with some of the panos. Not all of the panos but I can't tell which ones and if it happens with the same ones each time.

Re: Pano2VR crashes created HTML5 Output
Hi, The project is using a lot of image cache, and you are at the very limit if you only have 200GB free. Be aware, how computers report disk space is not accurate and don't forget all those hidden system files as well as how much Ram you have. As a test to help explain I attached a 500GB SSD via U...

Re: Pano2VR crashes created HTML5 Output
I'm having the same problem: After running the app as admin and setting compatability for win 8 I had no more issues. Also, don't know if this is related, getting your skin and/or html files from a synced folder (nas oder GoogleDrive...) seems to cause issues from time to time. Greetings Interestin...

Re: Getting black images in HTML5 Output
To GGNOME: I think I have verified that the problem is in the newest version of Pano2VR: Panorama Tour Builder Version: 6.1.7 pro 64bit Revision: 17955/5.12.2 Build date: May 18 2020, 15:30:41 When I load the same tour on the same PC in this older version of Pano2VR I DO NOT have the problem with th...

Re: Getting black images in HTML5 Output
Still looking for some help. Thomas sent me a version of Pano2VR to test but it has issues too. It doesn't generate black images but it crashes during creation of the output and doesn't generate hotspots when I generate output for other tours. I notified him via email and his post on Facebook in the...

I tried that already and, unfortunately, it didn't fix the problem.VIRTUALIZE wrote: ↑Fri May 22, 2020 12:11 am Try deleting the entire output folder and regenerating the tour from scratch.

Getting black images in HTML5 Output
I have a project that generates full scale HTML5 output correctly but when I generate output for VRTOURVIEWER all but the initial image are black. This happens if I view the output in Pano2VR. What could be causing this? Below is the link to the instructions I am using for the VRTOURVIEWER output. I...
